Nice place but the water pressure makes it very uncomfortable to take shower and the big tub’s water does not even get warm, so it’s unusable. These problems has been mentioned in reviews before and they still haven’t fixed it. It’s a lovely place but not if you want to shower or take a bath.

Positive Feedback- 1)Grounds are beautiful!, 2)room was spacious and clean, 3)check in was very easy.4) easy access to local attractions Negative Feedback- 1) Bed is VERY uncomfortable to the point 1 side sits higher than other, 2) the sink had no hot water at all, and the tub and shower had very little. To the point I had the hot full blast and was barely warm. That completely defeats the point of a luxury bathroom! 3) The trash cans are super tiny so nowhere to put our trash 4) no guide for TV, I get it’s a spa but if there is a TV in room and no premium channels there should be a guide!—- what is most concerning is that if you read the reviews (even the good ones) they all mention the bed and water issue. So why hasn’t this been addressed?

Ok if you are looking for a place to relax, decompress, and spend some quality time with your significant other. THIS IS THAT PLACE. Terrific people, a beautiful property and a very comfortable and relaxing location. The medi-spa is very nice, and the IV therapy will fix you right up. It's super close to town and easy to get to other surrounding ares too. We absolutely loved the place and will definitely plan return trips. Thank you all at Willow Creek Falls for an outstanding getaway!

This property is in a secluded location away from the big city yet close enough that you can get to everything the town has to offer. This property is on a scale of a 5star hotel. I would consider staying here again

The property grounds were gorgeous. Such a tranquil environment. Exceptionally maintained. Loved the beauty of the venue and outdoors. Just a few minutes to downtown, offering a great location. Within our room we had 2 issues. First, the mattress was just awful. The springs were clearly worn- loud and uncomfortable- needs replacement. Second, the water temperature was tepid. The thought of a soak in the jetted tub was a good one- but not practical since the water did not get hot. Overall, beautiful aside from the issues mentioned.

This was such beautiful property. The property manager was so nice and helpful. My husband done a bit of fishing and we enjoyed the beauty of the all the flowers and pond this location had to offer. We will definitely stay again. It was a perfect get away for our anniversary and close to all the local activities.
