Situated in Seven Devils, this charming cabin for $220 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Diamond Vista! Diamond Vista is an open, comfy, 3BR/2.5BA log cabin, thoughtfully and professionally decorated, and outfitted with comfort and quality. Located at the top of Seven Devils, between Boone and Banner Elk, and close to Blowing Rock and Valle Crucis, this cabin is central to many of the High Country's premier destinations. The cabin has an open, bright main level with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, custom accents such as tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, and a hand-hewn log and branch balustrade. A floor-to-ceiling, stone gas log fireplace completes the great room. The open kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances with a sizeable banquet-style dining table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The adjacent great room features a leather sectional sofa in front of the fireplace and a huge HD Smart TV. The two-story wall of windows allows sunlight to flow in from the east-facing sunrise views. Sliding glass doors lead from the great room to a large covered deck with mountain views into the sizeable level backyard. The covered front porch faces west for stunning sunsets. A wood-burning fire pit with bench-style seating anchors the backyard, and level front-door parking offers ample convenient parking. There is a gas grill, outdoor dining on the rear deck, and plenty of Adirondack-style seating on all three decks. The master suite is on the main level and features a timber-framed king bed, a wall-mounted HD Smart TV, a cozy sitting area, sliding glass doors to the rear deck, and a private ensuite bathroom with a granite vanity and huge tiled shower. A powder room/half bathroom is central to the great room, dining, and kitchen. Upstairs offers a spacious, open loft den with a pool table, a seating area with a queen sleeper sofa, and an open-air deck, perfect for enjoying the best views. Two queen bedrooms are upstairs, each with a custom log bed, an HD Smart TV, and vaulted, tongue-and-groove ceilings. The front queen bedroom has sliding glass doors leading to the upper deck and mountain views. The rear queen bedroom looks out at the sunrise views. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower combo. Helpful amenities and features include a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, a gas grill and outdoor dining, WiFi internet, HD Smart TVs with Spectrum cable programming, a fire pit, a pool table, and numerous other unnamed creature comforts. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The home was everything we expected from the pictures posted. We loved being there. We did have a problem with the television and the heating. The property managers were extremely accommodating. We would suggest notes for how to work the TV and heat to make it easier for guests. Overall, it was a perfect vacation and the house was lovely.

The cabin was perfect for the two of us and any questions that I had were answered promptly by Carolina Cabins. The cabin was well equipped for cooking. After leaving the cabin, I honestly missed their large / soft towels while in staying overnight in a hotel on the way home. We had fun playing pool and spending time on the decks. The cool breeze was welcoming. Saw several beautiful rainbows off the decks . The road to the location was an adventure by itself. Would I return- YES!

The house was beautiful with 3 good size rooms with closet space. There were 3 couples and we had plenty of space to lounge about, eat inside or outside on the deck or play games. The home was very clean on arrival and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay at this location again. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to NC.

Loved this property, be advised you might need 4WD to access the property. The road is narrow, steep, and winding! The property was very clean, and seemed just like the post. We did some cooking, and the kitchen provided anything needed for preparing basic cuisine. Really enjoyed this stay!

We loved the Firepit and used it twice while there. The neighborhood was very nice; however, the homes around were a little close. This wasn’t a problem because they were not all occupied. Although we loved the property, the road getting there was very steep and narrow. I would be afraid to travel it in the snow. Lucky for us the weather was nice. Overall, beautiful property, good location, and very good customer service from reservation to actual stay. We will definitely return in the fall.

The owners had lots of extra touches and the beds and furniture were wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the spectacular views and wildlife. I highly recommend this rental.

The home is beautiful and was very clean. Management was responsive and professional when we had to contact them because we could not find sheets for pull out couch. They offered to bring us sheets or allow us to buy them ourselves and be reimbursed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house with a nice back yard! Loved the pool table and all the amenities. Quite the narrow winding path up to it but we made it without any issues without 4 wheel drive. Definitely recommend 4 wheel drive during the winter though!

We had a very relaxing getaway with the kids here. The cabin is beautiful, clean, and organized. Open concept cabin with good size kitchen and eating table. Very updated with good fixtures. Large deck with 2 additional balconies off the loft and one of the bedrooms. Cozy living room with a relaxing fireplace. Loved the pool table upstairs. And the master bathroom shower is large, gorgeous, and luxurious. It also has a yard that is almost level which provides for some outdoor play.
Needed improvements:
TV sound is weak and has a bad glare during the day without the ability to swivel or alter the angle.
Kitchen knives are very dull and need to be sharpened.
Door handles on sliding door to back deck can come right off. They need to be tightened with an Allen Wrench and should be good after that.
Not enough towels were provided. A couple more would have been better.
