Balcony windows will open fully on Beautiful days. The two-bedroom is overlooking beautiful Smith Mountain Lake and has a gorgeous view of the Mountains. New sleeper sofa. The kitchen is complete with a full-size stovetop oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator, and washer/dryer sleeps 6. Condos stocked with dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all linens. Amenities cost (Club Fee) Oct 1, - April 30 $20 a day. May 1 to Sep 30 $30 a day. Other amenities include beautiful walking/biking trails, golfing, beaches, two outside pool, indoor pool, cable, fitness room, Day dock-slips, and fast internet. Boat ramp on site. Trailer parking and boat dock fees Oct 1, - April 30 $35 for the first day $25 a day for each additional day. May 1 to Sep 30 $50 for the first day $25 each additional day. Don't feel like cooking? Eat at one of Mariner's delicious restaurants. The Landing Restaurant is the perfect place to to have an upscale dinner using locally sourced ingredients to create chef inspired Peruvian cuisine. Bruno‘s Clubhouse Bistro is the perfect place for lunch, afternoon snacks, or dinner. First time staying in Mariner’s Landing. Nice, dog friendly community close to the state park. Enjoyed some pickleball and the fitness center. Condo was as advertised and has amazing views. Michael was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at Mariners for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. We have used the same condo every year but the owner had sold the unit so we had to rent through a new owner. There were a few kinks, but the owner was very quick to fix the issue. He is very responsive . He answers questions promptly and is very accommodating. The condo was well furnished, very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

My son and I had great experience at this condo it was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful with information about the area. We came for a fishing trip and caught fish right on the property we also rented a boat from a marina ten minutes up the street. This is a great location for anyone looking to stay at Smith Mountain Lake.

We were both very pleased with the condo we stayed in! It was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We had fun during our 18 hole round of golf and spent a relaxing day on the lake fishing. We were unable to try out the other amenities at Mariners due to time constraints and a tropical storm, but maybe next time- if Mike will let us stay there again in the future!

Condo was exactly as described and communication with owner was great. Nice enclosed porch/balcony area with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Ate lunch on the patio at Brunos Clubhouse Bistro and it was good. Comfortable beds! Hope to return in the future.

First visit to Smith Mountain Lake. Condo was a good location for beautiful views. Balcony was perfect in the morning for just relaxing. Loved the quiet season. Jetted tub great for sore muscles after hiking in the nearby state park. Comfortable furnishings.

Every aspect of our accommodation perfectly met our needs from the 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, to the cozy and comfortable living area, to the balcony overlooking the lake with mountains in the distance and with glass windows opening to let the fresh air in! We ate every meal on the balcony. The location was ideally situated short steps away from the pool, the beach, and boat rentals. Our host was extremely responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We can't wait to book our next visit to SML!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The property manager was easy to contact and was ready to help. One tip if you want to use the indoor pool - make sure you get the waiver completed prior to your visit. It takes a day to get approved.

Well located, very clean, well decorated, comfortable condo. First time to Smith Mtn Lake - 2 night midweek stay in June - and enjoyed very much. Easy process from booking to leaving, and owner was easy to reach, very responsive, and excellent to communicate with. Condo complex was clean, well cared for and friendly. Nice pool, marina, walking trails.

Mike was close by and very accomodating. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and was a really great place to unwind. We were off-season so it was quiet and peaceful. Beds comfy and we are picky. We will definitely be going back. Be prepared to drive 15-25 min. to grocery and restaurants. Scenic and pretty area. There is a pricy cafe and restaurant on site. We only ate at cafe at Pro Shop on site.

This was the perfect place to stay and explore the area around Smith Mountain Lake. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. Mike checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would return in the future.

This was our second time staying at this location. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend and really felt at home. The Condo was immaculate and welcoming. We really enjoy the view and the wonderful amenities. We look forward to returning in the near future. Would definitely recommend!
