This condo is in a very convenient location for all things Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco and skiing. The heated garage is a great amenity and the hot tub was a welcome sight at the end of each ski day!

Great location near I-70. Close to many activities and shopping. Unit has upgraded appliances in kitchen. Unit was clean but could use a little bit of deep cleaning/maintaining but all in all pretty typical of a nightly rental. Vacasa was very responsive to the issues we did have. The paper products were pretty basic and the kitchen did not have any dishtowels or pot holders. We enjoyed the space... The fireplaces and in floor heat were wonderful. The layout is perfect for two couple and two teens. The kitchen appliances are nice, clean and functioning. We were able to park an F150 and Sequoia in garage.

This is a 3 bdrm unit, that can sleep 6 comfortably, but only has comfortable seating for 4. And if those 4 are 2 couples, its still awkward because there is a 3 person couch and a single person recliner, forcing one couple to sit apart from each other, one of them with the other couple on the couch. Zero forethought in furnishing the living room. One bedroom had no dresser, no chair, no ottoman, no luggage rack or hooks on the wall. A hat rack would have made that room more functional. The paper towels and toilet paper and bath towels were the most generic possible. Is this really where they make the money? No one that can afford this place uses generic garbage like that and we certainly don't want to on vacation. Just that little detail alone gives this property that cheap corporate we-don't-really-care-about-your-comfort feel. What an unwise way to save a measly few dollars when stocking a beautiful mountain-side condo. The design of the whole unit is just annoying. You have to get out of your car to punch in a code on keypad on the frame of the garage to open the door, so if its snowing or raining or what have you, you have to go through the weather and get it in your vehicle anyway, defeating most of the benefit of having a garage with a door opener. Then you have to drive your car in and then there is ANOTHER door inside, and ANOTHER keypad that you or someone in your party has to get out and punch a code into to open. Then its a tight 90 degree turn into a thin opening that you have to creep to get in without catching anything. And the 2 parking spots are front and back, so someone is gonna be pinned in and need the other to move to get out, making entering and exiting the place an extremely annoying chore. Hot tub was awesome, but hot tubs are always awesome. But this hot tub was so stupidly placed....On the deck outside of one of the bedrooms, when there is another identically sized deck off the living room that would give all guests access to it all the time, instead of having to barge through another person or couples room in a bathing suit while they are sleeping, changing or trying to have personal time with each other. Another incredibly unwise decision made with zero consideration for the overall convenience and experience for a group of vacationers, which is what this unit is clearly supposed to be designed for. It was also low on water when we arrived, however, the management was very responsive and sent someone out fast with a hose that he hooked to the hot water from the laundry and filled it up. The kitchen was beautiful, but the fridge didn't get cold enough, you couldn't adjust it and a couple of the burners on the gas stove were malfunctioning. Location was great but overall I wouldn't be staying here again or recommending anyone else to, unless they fixed those problems, starting with a garage door opener remote, a love seat, and lots of hooks on the walls in the bedroom with no dresser. And move the hot tub.
