Friendly and very helpful staff. They helped me out just when I needed it the most!!!! Kudos to team Edelwyss!! Amazing food too. Great escape!

The staff was very helpful and charming, and the food was very tasty. The surroundings were very green and comforting.
The room was close to the road, even though it was on the hill, and you could hear people and motorcycles.

staff was super nice, welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious. gorgeous views and great hikes around.
No Wifi available - we also experienced several power outages, due to heavy rainfall on the previous day. The Hotel is out of town and was not reachable by normal cars (maybe because of the rain?) However the hotel can arrange transportation from the bus terminal or train station with a 4x4..

Location was nice, great views on the mountains top.
Unfortunately the general manager scolded her employees on a frequent basis and infront of guests - highly unprofessional. She also did not bother at any point, to greet guests nor check on their experience. Very poor form. Food could be better, mostly frozen then fried.
