About this house rental
Located in Vernal, this lovely house for $110 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly updated with new queen mattress (not an airmattress) in second bedroom and new twin bed in children's bedroom. New AC mini-split units upstairs and a back deck, this home is located within one block of the county library, county building, and 4 restaurants. It is also located within walking distance of the Utah State Field House/ Dinsoaur Museum and a green park area that is perfect for pet owners. It is within driving distance of the Dinosaur Quarry and Red Fleet and Steinaker state reserviors. There are also 2 rafting companies within a 1 mile radius for rafting trips on the Green River. We do our best to follow current COVID cleaning guidelines for the home and the business. There is ample street parking for vehicles towing trailers (such as UTVs) and additional parking under a carport. The home also has one bedroom set up for families with small children to stay along with two other regular bedrooms and a fenced backyard and play area.

My out-of-town family loved their stay at this comfortable home. The immediate impression is that is it clean and fun. The house worked well for three young people, ages 15-17 and two adults. Everyone wants to stay in this property again.

What a wonderful house! The personal touches were a pleasant surprise. The master bedroom had a super comfortable bed and TV. Bedroom 2 had a queen size air mattress. We did not use bedroom 3, but it was set up for a small child only. The bathrooms had great bathtub/showers.This house was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the convention center. The outdoor area had comfortable seating and was set up for outdoor dining. There was a carport with ample off-street parking. I loved that this home was eco-friendly with solar-power.The host was great with timely responses. I would highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

Close to down town. It is an older property but well maintained. It was clean and well stocked. Second bedroom bed was a blow up mattress but was comfortable.

Super cute home. In a perfect location for the wedding we went to. The home had everything we needed. I didn't see the previous reviews until after we stayed there. We were disappointed with the 2nd bedroom queen bed listed since it was just a blow up bed with a foam pad on top. The listing should disclose that feature. It was uncomfortable since it had already started to deflate prior to sleeping on it the first night. I would have given this place 5 stars had it not been for that. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

We had a wonderful time, and the accommodations suited our needs. Be aware that one of the beds is an air mattress, and the third bed is a small plastic toddler's bed. If that works for your group, I highly recommend this house for your trip. Thanks, Amy!

Cute house, everything you would need. Clean and well organized. We were a little disappointed with the sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom and bed were great, but the bed in the second bedroom was not nearly as nice and 1 if our guests had to sleep on the couch. I would have given this place a 5 star had it not been for that.

It's only a block off one of the main roads but so quiet! We walked up to a farmers market at the library Saturday morning! The house has everything you need for five people! The listing says no kids, but there's a bedroom with a toddler bed and pack & play that's clearly for children, so it's worth checking!

The house was perfectly located for us to be with our daughter who lives just on the outskirts of Vernal. It was very clean, had easy to use facilities with great kitchen and lovely laundry room. The master bedroom was luxurious although a little more dresser space would be nice for extended stays. The bathrobes were a nice touch which our traveling daughter companion enjoyed using.Our only suggestions would be to stress that this is not a house for anyone with mobility issues since level changes between rooms might cause issues and to also emphasize that the second bedroom would be a tight fit for a couple and that the children’s room is really really just for kids. We would certainly stay again at this property with its great rates and lovely facility.

Best place wehave wver stayed with small kids! The house is set up so well and is clean and has everything needed for kiddos! The area is also great with the library and 2 museums in walking distance. Also the pizza place right by it had the best gluten free crust Ive ever had.

We really loved our stay at Amy's house. It was in a great location where we could easily walk to places (museums, coffee), and not too far of a drive to some parks and monuments. The check in and check out process was easy and simple. The house was clean and full of amenities to make you feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with things for cooking, there were toys for the kids to play with, and even a playground in the fenced in backyard. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Enjoyed our multi-day stay here over the past weekend. The location was perfect for walking to the main street to visit the local shops and restaurants. Very clean, quiet and extremely well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable night's sleep, making your own meals and relaxing in the back yard.

Amy was great to work with and she has thought of the little things in a rental property. Our stay was very comfortable. We loved the big carport and the beautiful back patio. My only critique, and this is coming from a person who is trying to eliminate toxins in my air, food, skin care, etc., there were too many automatic air fresheners. I don't think the house needed them so in my opinion, it would be better to not have them. If they are provided, great, then they can by used by those that would like to. I definitely recommend this property and will look to book it the next time I go to Vernal.

Easy booking , timely emails about arriving and door codes and house rules. The property looks small on the photos but it is very spacious comfortable and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood but easy walking to the Main Street. We would stay again.

Immaculate, friendly rental set up with the renter in mind rather than as an after-thought. All around, one of the nicest VRBO experiences I have had. I was there solo, but the house could easily accomodate a family. Everything you need is clearly presented and labeled. Quiet at night but walking distance to eateries. I cooked in, and the kitchen had everything I needed. I felt like a guest who had been handed the keys. Part of that was the excellent and fast communication with the owner, Amy. Absolutely would stay here again.

Location and amenities were great. All the comforts of home away from home. My wife, mother in law and I stayed for 5 nights while in Vernal for a conference. We all enjoyed our time at the house. Cozy, cute, plenty of games, prompt communication from Amy. We’d happily stay here again!

It might be cultural differences, us coming from Europe, but we did not expect the bed in bedroom two to be an air madress and we did not expect to be eating out of plastic plates and drinking out of plastic glasses. That was disappointing.
We did enjoy the use of the back patio, though.
