Couch and kitchen table beds are small, one adult or two children fit. Needs a power supply or generator for overnight stay. Has electric push button jack for easy hookup, electric push button awning, electric push button stabilization jacks, generator rental available ($75 per day), roomy bathroom toilet, and delivery if needed, with fee being $150 minimum, or $3.50 a one mile each way (whatever is greater). Camper is 31' long and weighs 9,600 lbs loaded. It is a half-ton series but recommend at least a 3/4 ton or delivery. Camper has a shovel, level, large entry outdoor rug, Keurig machine, coffee maker, basic pots and pans, basic utensils, plates and cups. If you don't want to do dishes, bring your own disposable. Bring your own heavy bedding, and bedding for table & couch beds if using. Couch bed has a blow-up mattress and pump in camper. There is an additional single blow-up mattress than can be used on floor if needed. If generator is rented it will run everything including the A/C and has a remote start. Propane for heating and cooking is provided and will usually last two weeks if used daily. Camper can be picked up or delivered.
