Pretty old and dirty. Bugs in the shower. Bathroom window covering was a thumb tacked shower curtain.

Cons: Dirty sheets, previous people’s trash, dead bugs all over, smellie pillows, couch and chairs grungy, empty swimming pool, beds were hard and uncomfortable Pros: large spacious room, good window coverings

Bathroom was poorly cleaned. No fan, tiles were stained and drooping. White towel was stained and didn’t feel comfortable drying face with it.

Nice area related theme on the blankets and pillow cases. Room had good heat on a rather cold night. Liked the ground level entry.

It was good. The room was cozy and nice. The mattress was a little sunken. Good value. My room didn't have black out curtains, only shutters, which was a down side.

The room was absolutely beautiful and so spacious! They allowed my dog which is super important! The staff was amazimg as well and allowed us a late check out. Will definitely stay again!

The staff was awesome! Got us checked in fast and was kind and professional. They gave us coupons for area restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we were able to try the 2 resteraunts. The mattress was new and firm, our room also had a microwave and fridge, both worked well. Overall we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean except for the shower curtain needed to be washed or replaced. The property has been mostly renovated. Some of the room was very new and some was older.

We did not stay because they stated the price given by Expedia was not acceptable and had canceled. I felt their customer service around this was not appropriate, they did not even offer me another price and told me I had to work it out with Expedia.

Traveling with 3 little dogs …they welcomed us in with a smile in the middle of the night after being treated rudely down the road by a competitor and had nowhere to go at 2 am……I have to say ..this was one of the best hotels stays I’ve ever experienced…rooms were very clean and quiet ..I would definitely stay here again…

Trip down memory lane , I used to work at that antler in when I was 15 years old that was my first job and it brought back so many memories it was very comforting The room I stayed in brought back a lot of memories I am my daughter than when she you a year old now she's 30 My mom used to work there as well . The room I stayed in was very comfy nothing had changed, it was quiet and peaceful. The only downfall the front desk didnt give me a wake up call like i requested. Made me late for the day and my traveling schedule majorly off by hours.

The bathroom smelled of urine and the carpet was so old and dirty and stained. The spacing between the heater unit and the outisde of the building were so big I put put coins through them.

I was told and it is shown on line that Antlers Inn provided a breakfast. I figured continental of some kind. THey did not and when asked about it they said you have to book only through them I asked if we could pay for one and they just looked around. I think they go to JBs and get a few things. It does not have a free breakfast. Other than that it was adequate.

This was the best experience we have had on a road trip. Room was big and spacious and the room and whole property were very well mss as maintained. Ands discounted evening meal and free breakfast next door at JB’s was the icing on the cake!! Hotels.com overbooked but they made it work.

The Antlers Inn has friendly reception staff but their rooms could use some help. The rooms clearly recently received an update with a new fridge, new microwave, paint and crown molding. However updating the tired, dirty furniture was skipped, old, yellowed linens, stained carpet and upholstery. Dirty baseboards and door, the safety chain fell on the floor when I tried to secure the door. The hotel is clearly making an effort otherwise with a pool and a laundry room but needs to focus on the basics. Would not stay here again. PS: The hotel also charges $25 a night for pets. Unclear how 2 nights or more double the cleaning that has to take place

The AC unit is in the bathroom and made the main room extremely hot. It did not cool down at all. Everywhere we looked for an outlet it was extremely dirty.

So much to like. We had a huge family suite with 2 queen and a sofa, fridge, 2 reclining chairs. It was also really spacious. Also, we arrived early and the management let us check in early which was very kind. It is older and wasn’t gross but also not the cleanest. Also, many of the pictures online were of their pool and indoor hot tub. Both were closed. In talking to an employee, the city had shut them down and not allowed them to open yet. This was disappointing as my kids were most excited about the pics of the pool we showed.

Room was not clean Toilet was dirty. Old moldy coffee pouch still in machine. Food left in fridge from previous customers. I stayed here with budget in mind, but it was far below even my expectations. There was poop still on the back of the toilet bown and moldy coffee pouch still inside the machine. Numerous broken down cars in the parking lots, air/fan/heater extremely noisy and worn out. Definitely not worth saving $20 a night for.

No hot water in room when I checked in to shower, even after staff said the hot water was fixed. Woke up in the morning and there was no water at all in room. Stopped by Lobby at 810am and no one there to inform about no hot water the night before or water in the morning. Motel is older and in need of updating, or at least providing basic amenities like hot water. I should not have been charged w/o hot water. Would not recommend staying here.

The property was under new management and nobody was at the front desk to welcome us. We had to call a number on the window and after some time, people allowed us to check in. The room we were taken to was full of box elder bugs. I understand that they are not dangerous, but it is not what you want to see after paying comparable prices to a Holiday Inn Express. The furniture was very old and the rooms smelled. The bed sheets were somewhat clean, but the whole experience was highly overpriced for what you got. It's too bad as the owners were nice people who apologized for our inconveniences.

They need to update their website. They no longer offer the breakfast buffet and the carpet in our room had lots of stains. Otherwise the experience was great. Very nice staff.
