An amazing design hotel, wonderful architecture on the hillside looking down to the town. Sitting out on the balcony at dawn or sunset was such a tranquil experience. So many photogenic spots around the hotel.
Although they are many onsens and bath houses nearby I wish they had a hotel spa.

Loved the private Onsen and the views from the balcony. The hotel itself was an artwork and we loved every corner of it. The room we had was super stylish and fully equipped. The amenities were one of the best we've had and they even had amazing coffee.
The breakfast was too expensive for what they offered. The location is not well connected to public transport but the hotel does offer shuttle services on a hourly basis (must be pre-booked) to the city center.

The view
To be honest, I’m not a fan of these kind of hotel. It’s cold when you walk from room to room. There is no public onsen. Private onsen in room is small, tub is small. I don’t like the dark color atmospheres. I would stay somewhere else with public onsen
