Our beautiful new construction townhouse is a luxurious vacation rental property located on Lake Travis in Point Venture, Texas, 20 miles west of Austin, in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country. Built in 2016 this unit consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a loft area and two large decks. The main floor has one bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds with 2 twin trundles to accommodate 6 kids/teenagers comfortably which is attached to a Jack and Jill bathroom. It also offers a spacious living room with a Full size sleeper sofa, love seat and chair as well as a wood burning fireplace that is welcome during the colder, winter months. The beautiful kitchen with a 6 chair dining table connects to the large deck which features a 6 chair outdoor table, a gas grill and view of the water. A great place for you to relax and enjoy family time!! The upper floor contains a loft area with a sofa, Flatscreen TV, Xbox Kinnect system with games and a media cabinet with card/board games and DVD’s for you to enjoy during your stay. It also has a Master bedroom with a King size bed and its own full size bathroom with a sunken Jacuzzi tub and walk in closet. Across the hall is a separate bathroom with shower next to the third bedroom with a Queen size bed and closet. Both rooms have private French Doors that lead to the top balcony with a sitting area for beautiful views of the water. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the peaceful sounds of the water and nature in Point Venture!! Deer are also a welcoming sight in the mornings by the water! Marina and Floating Restaurant: The Point Venture Marina, located at the mouth of our cove, provides a fuel dock, a store and The Gnarly Gar floating restaurant. There are watercraft rentals located up the lake in Lago Vista. The Gnarly restaurant is open year round and is a unique experience with live entertainment on the weekends.
