About this villa rental
Imposing and elegant private villa on two floors, recently restored maintaining the original style, the spacious rooms with ceilings "caisson" in wood and terracotta floors; the decor features many antique items. The villa is immersed in the green valley of Mugello, a few kilometres from Florence and offers a beautiful view over the typical Tuscan countryside. All around there is a large enclosed park of 14.000sqm. with old trees, in which is inserted the pool for exclusive use of the guests (15 m. x 7.5m. prof. 150cm.). The property also has a nice loggia equipped for outdoor dining and private parking. Wi-Fi. The Villa is located 3km. from "Vicchio" (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico), 35km. from Florence, 23km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 20km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", at 3.5km. riding stables.
