Very spacious for our needs. The beds were comfortable. We like the extra dining room with cooking facilities and fridge. We might have made better use of it than we did. TV has many channels that should suit nationalities of all kinds (e.g., Indian, Chinese, French, English, Japanese, Russian). Close to laundry and 7-11, although it can be a long-ish walk to the Night Bazaar for some others. We like the carpark at the back of the hotel. It could probably fit 5-6 cars.
Wardrobes could have been a bit cleaner. We had the toilet clog up halfway into our stay, but the reception fixed it in a short time with no fuss. The bathtub design wasn't good - when we shower, the water runs off the edges on to the floor making the floor mat completely soggy. Rubbish disposal is on your own - a small inconvenience by having to walk down the stairs and throw your rubbish into the large bin outside. Speaking of stairs, we lived on the second floor - there is no lift, so if you have big luggage, you will have to carry them up the stairs...

They had a three-person room. It was a very spacious room, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a big wooden table. Everything was clear and well-maintained. We were prepared to hear the noises, but it was not disturbing at all, we really enjoyed our stay.
There could have been a bit more equipment in the apartment. A few more plates, glasses in the kitchen, and some hangers in the wardrobe. The terrace is large but faces a noisy, busy street, so we did not use it.
