The hotel had an open kitchen and there were free snacks we could choose from. In the morning a kind housekeeper prepares breakfast upon your order. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room had a private bathroom and it was also very clean. The kitchen area opened to a beautiful terrace, it was lovely to have a seat and relax on the chez-lounges. Thank you for everything, i would recommend this place to everyone who visits Florence!

It is located at very convenient location. Easy access to the tram that take you directly to the airport. 10mins walk from the conference center. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The electronic keypad for tbe front doors does not work too well so I was locked out of the hotel on the first night for about 15 mins which was frustrating since I had a late flight and I was very tired.
