I love to stay in this house, i came for the second time this year.
1 very friendly reception
2. Very clean
3. Very quiet hotel
4 very good situation. Near a very nice park and near the Centrum and the typical Chiang Mai Market full with local poeple, fruit, thai food. A place not to miss.

The hostess/ owner (Pui) was nice and tried to assist us with directions and booking a tour.
Loved that the window could open and it had a screen so we could opt to have fresh air instead of use the air con.
Some things were broken in the room and needed repaired - we had to hold the shower head as it wasn’t attached to wall and the bathroom door handle was broken.
