Very central in Niman
Spacious four bed female dorm
Only had room mates four times all tidy and quiet lived roof top laundry view and stove top and lounge with fan on top floor and fre water
Did not change door code at all
Not sociable like some hostels but quiet and pleasant

Room was exceptional for price, one of the best I’ve stayed at in 100+ countries. Very Large, amazing beautiful bathroom, excellent array of items in room and very well decorated.
Bed super comfortable

Washing machine in facility really handy

No glasses in room. Cleaner threw out my bottle of alcohol.
No staff onsite made it feel a bit impersonal. Felt like I was in an air bnb
Lack of atmosphere - despite being a hostel and other reviews mentioning culture, I never met anyone. Rooftop always occupied by elderly unfriendly Chinese cooking meals.

I really want to give this place a good review because the host was so lovely and did everything she could to help with the issues I had. Also, the room was really big, and came with tea and beautiful postcards. The location is also great, close to everything in Nimman with restaurants nearby and a 7-11 across the way.
Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with my bed; I think it may have had bedbugs, but it could have been something else. I told the host, and she came to take care of this right away. I slept on a mattress on the floor for the second night because there wasn't another room (she gave me a refund for this), and then I moved to another room, but this didn't solve the problem. I wasn't bitten anymore, but I was still very itchy. I'm not sure if I am allergic to something in the bed or if there was an objective problem, but I had to check out after that. Again, the host was so lovely and helpful about this. She helped me get a refund and was very sweet. I assume that this problem has already been solved, and besides this, and some issues with the cleanliness in the beginning, which were also resolved quickly, this really is a nice place at this price.
