I like the location near the airport and nearby outlets for shopping, the pool, the food is great , the room size is good and the hotel overall is very nice and cozy
Not a big issue but the sofa in the room looked like it has been there for a very long time. The pool very nice but the flooring kills 50% of niceness of it, It would be the first thing to fix as it is very harsh stone like.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport. We got picked up in a shuttle bus for free late at night. The breakfast was good and the hotel itself was beautiful. Perfect for quick stopover on the way to the airport (or the other way) but also great to just stay there and relax.

All was good, just one thing that you should keep in mind if you have small kids; the pool is made of rough stone and after two hours of pool time our kids had sore, red and chafed finger tips. Other wise pool is really nice, but easy to hurt yourself.

Unexpectedly the breakfast was the best part of the stay. I'm not such a breakfast person but I did go for the second round. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Room can be improved. Noise from the room next door, trucks from the main road, and construction area nearby. In my room the bathroom door was in poor shape as it made incredibly terrible noise when closing and opening. Pillows were uncomfortble, rather cheap quality.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä lentokenttää ja ilmainen lentokenttäkuljetus.
Huoneessamme oli 34 astetta, kun menimme sinne eikä ilmastointi lähtenyt aluksi toimimaan. Mielestäni neljän tähden hotellihuoneen tulisi olla jo valmiiksi viileä (etenkin, jos saavut tänne yöllä ja et halua odottaa tuntitolkulla huoneen viilenemistä).
Huoneessa on todella huono äänieristys, joten kaikki äänet kuuluvat kadulta. Huoneet näyttävät kuvissa siistimmiltä mitä ne oikeasti ovat.

A preference, rather than a dislike - Would have liked more Thai fresh fruit at breakfast eg mango and papaya. There was dragon fruit. The other options, melon and watermelon, are easily available in Europe.

Modernes Hotel in Flughafennähe. Mit dem kostenlosen Hotelshuttle in 15 bis 25 Minuten erreichbar, abhängig vom Verkehr. Ideales Hotel für eine Pause zwischen zwei Flügen zu einem sehr guten Preis. Zimmer geräumig, gut ausgestattet. Frühstück reichlich und absolut gut. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleines Einkaufszentrum inkl. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Eine echte Überraschung.

The hotel was better than I expected from a hotel that I chose primarily because it was close to the airport and offered a very good price. The facilities were lovely, including an excellent restaurant and beautiful pool. The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating.

The lighting in the room and bathroom is too dark . No full length or task mirror or light. Had to wait until I got to the airport to do my makeup.

The rooms were nice. We enjoyed the sparkling clean pool. It was close to the airport. There was also easy access for the public transport and we used that ti go into the city .The breakfast was great . The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would return!

If you don’t book a suite or executive room , you will be on the very noisy side of the hotel. .

Mijn vrouw heeft coeliakie waardoor ze geen gluten kan eten. Daarom heb ik bij de boeking gevraagd of ze hiermee rekening konden houden voor het ontbijt. Helaas was dit vergeten.

Very good option for the transfer at BKK airport. Breakfast served from 6.00 am, perfect when you have to catch the morning flight. Shuttle service on time. Comfortable room. Don’t overpay at Novotel. I did it once and after this experience I know it was a mistake.

It is very clean and located close to the airport.
We stay here a lot, and have noticed they have been increasing the prices almost on a monthly basis
The restaurant is particularly expensive and does not change its menu at all.
They have been reducing the staffing levels, particularly the cleaning staff - sometimes the room does not get serviced until late afternoon, which is frustrating if we have been out all day and I’ve just arrived back to find an unserviced room - the cleaners themselves are fantastic, but are vastly overstretched
Given the amount the hotel charges, they should be able to employ enough cleaners.
They have so many front desk staff it is almost farcical, most of which are just hell-bent on taking money from you when you check in or check out.
There is no benefit to staying here a lot as you have exactly the same benefits as somebody who books an hour before you
The training of the front desk staff is inconsistent - a couple of them are very pleasant and we have got to know them but most of them are as cold as a fish
We have stayed a lot with us hotel over the last few years, but have finally had enough.

Vi kunne virkelig godt lide hotellet, alt var rent og smukt. Venligt professionelt personale, behagelig seng. Gratis shuttle fra og til lufthavnen og en god morgenmad. Næste gang vil vi tilbringe et par nætter her. Der er et stort indkøbscenter i gåafstand, så vi følte os ikke isolerede. Der er restaurant, fremragende swimmingpool, fitness og sauna, vi er meget tilfredse
