Staff were really lovely, our flights were delayed due to the recent storms and the staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The room was very comfortable, including the extra bed for the children. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. I had a wonderful massage at the spa, would definitely go again.
No complaints.

Beautifully appointed hotel, were given a large room with view over the picturesque pool area, large comfortable bed. Staff helpful and friendly. The free shuttle to airport departures was most welcome.
The breakfast was disappointing, we expected a lot better of a Hyatt hotel, the food may have been lovely but for the duration of our breakfast time the warmers only had dregs of food, & despite my asking no one refreshed the bircher muesli, so we ate mostly bread products & fruit. There was pork & ham (which we don't eat), but no chicken left. Plenty of staff wandering around but food service definitely needed to be quicker. We've traveled a fair bit & don't give negative comments lightly. Think you could have done better Hyatt, sorry. Rest of the stay was lovely thanks

Located close to international airport, on-site restaurants.
Unlike other hotels we stayed in, staff did not explain facilities, costs for bar fridge and money hold on credit card took a few weeks to be released.
