Posizione ottima, appartamento spazioso, camera grande Dotata di tutti i confort, bagno grande proprietari disponibili e gentili. Comoda per un soggiorno a Bologna
Nota dolente la posizione in centro al Primo Piano la rende poco silenziosa nonostante le finestre chiuse si sentiva il rumore del Traffico e il Vociare dei passanti poiché affaccia direttamente su viale Marconi ma ahimè è normale, andrebbe forse insonorizzata meglio e cosa importantissima LE ZANZARIERE CHE MANCANO e una macchinetta elettrica del caffè invece della moca. Cose comunque meno rilevanti rispetto al Resto che è stato confortevole

É ampla e a cozinha é bem equipada.
A cama é muito ruim. Com um mínimo de investimento poderiam substituí -la e aumentar o conforto dos hóspedes. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhorados.

Good location, spacious, clean and basic utilities
It smelled really badly of stale cigarettes - very strong and we had to open the windows. When we got home our clothes smelled. Also they wanted a massive deposit for a weekend stay.
