Apt was relatively large, clean, and nicely decorated. It’s 25 minutes each walk to train station, historical walk and touristic restaurants. Remember that most restaurants are located in via Augusto Righi. Bathroom is small, but shower is nice
Apt is too expensive for 300 Euros per night. We had difficulty to get into building and apt, because we didn’t receive the codes on time. Neighbors called and helped us to get into apt. The owner should understand that non-Italian visitors do not have access to Internet until arriving in apt. We rented apt including breakfasts. Instead we received a 6 Euros coupon each per day, from a bar two blocks away. We paid an additional 10 Euros per pay for a simple breakfast. TVs do not have local channels, and shows cost 6.99 Euros per show.
There was an open sofa with a single mattress in living room in the front of TV. Floor, furnishing and beddings were old. Overall, we were disappointed. We deserve a refund for a day to compensate for pricing. We are upset at Booking. Com for misrepresentation about the apt

Location and washing machine.
The furniture was a low to the ground and cheap and may need cleaned. One towel for two nights. No coffee creamer/powdered milk for morning coffee. The AC unit leaked a lot of condensation and we only had one bath towel each. Luckily the next day while we were leaving, a closet of towels was unlocked so we grabbed a pack and were able to dry up all of the water on the floor from the AC unit in the bedroom. They just need a few more supplies- kitchen towels or paper towels.
