The location and the cleanliness
The pillows were bad quality, the lights were not very “friendly”, the aircondition were not working very well (especially in the large bedroom) and the living room were not very inviting

The location of the apartment was amazing! Everything was so accessible - historical sights, shops, restaurants, bars, markets, buses and the train station. Even thought it was right beside a busy area the windows were sound proof so it wasn't a problem. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, had all the necessary facilities - the shower was great and the beds very comfortable.
Not a big deal but for someone who may have access issues there are stairs to Apartment 2.

Such a great stay here! Had everything we needed and the size of the apartment was a pleasant surprise. The twin room is much larger than the photos appear and the double bedroom was huge. I found the pillows very comfortable although my friends mentioned they didn't love them. Perfect location in Bologna and the host let us leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in. Note that there is no luggage storage after check-out.
While there was air conditioning and it did work, it wasn't super strong and the apartment did get hot overnight. Not a major as we still slept well but something to note!

Location is pretty good to see the city. Great AC.
Internet is extremely poor. Cookware and utensils are lacking. Basically, don’t get this place if you need to work on your computer or plan on cooking. If neither, sure, this is your place.
