In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Disinfection, and Sanitization Guidelines have been implemented This Townhouse does not have Ocean View but its very close to the Ocean! Walk to the boardwalk in 5 minutes from this 4 Bedroom and 3 1/2 bath and 2 car garage Town home. Come with Families or Friends, stay together in one big house and can also have your own privacy in this different level home. Town home has 5 levels Level 1 has Master Bedroom with queen size bed, Master Bathroom and a Balcony Level 2 has Bedroom with queen size bed and a full Bathroom with standing shower. Level 3 has Kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, half bath with a Balcony Level 4 has Living room with Flat screen HDTV, and a Balcony Level 5 has 2 more bedrooms with one room with full size bed and other with Queen size bed a common Balcony and a bathroom with tub. Washer and Dryer is in the same floor in a closet. The house is fully equipped has Central Air, WiFi, 2 Flat Screen TVs. Also have 2 car garage fits standard size cars! Parking in Seaside is expensive. Stay here and save money! Prom Groups are welcome with parents required to stay! No more than 8 guests STRICTLY. Better cleaning of property

My family rented this condo for two nights in June 6 adults and 3 kids. The layout of the house is split up so I wouldn’t recommend this house if you have smaller kids. More ideal for younger couples that want more space or a family with teens. The kitchen/living room had a tiny loveseat with no tv and opened up to a balcony with no furniture. Everyone was very separated, if the kids wanted to watch TV it was on the 4th floor above the kitchen. This condo would be a lot better if they made it more of a home, it felt like it was thrown together by a company. It would have been nice to have breakfast in the morning on the balcony or play games and have a drink at night outside on the balcony but there was no furniture. The air conditioning broke on our second day and they weren’t able to fix it during our stay, they were responsive but offered no solutions or refund. The bed also broke in our room making our night very uncomfortable and hot. There are lots of windows so the light is nice during the day but the street lights and no black out curtains just added to a miserable night. The location was great, and like I said maybe good for younger couples who don’t care about the little things but not worth the money and not practical for a family. If my suggestions would reach the property manager it would be nice to have more seating space on the balcony and in the kitchen with a tv, black out curtains, baby gates, and better bed frames!

Sent my daughter and some friends for graduation gift.
The 2 car garage a plus. The rental was even nicer than expected. The multiple levels great for a group. It was so convenient to the beach, Boardwalk, restaurants. Owners were responsive. Great find.

House was great, Seaside Heights was wonderful, a great time was had by all. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was incredible and having a 2 car garage was fabulous. The only things that would've made the week better was more dining room and living room furniture, but other than that top notch!!

More than we could've hoped for!
House was great, Seaside Heights was wonderful, a great time was had by all. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was incredible and having a 2 car garage was fabulous. COVID made our traveling very limited and we’re frequent vacationers at Seaside and very familiar with this building and location. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I let them know that their cable and internet were not working and they had their providers there to fix it pretty quickly. Plenty of room and privacy for 3 couples as well. We’d definitely stay again!!

Perfect size for our bigger family. . Everyone had their own floor... worked out perfectly. Owner was always very responsive to any questions we had. Townhouse was very clean. Highly recommend!
