Central location, clean, large room

From the 1st day check-in staff at the reception was very helpful with everything, room was new, very clean 10/10 and with anex area felt like a home from day one, especially I was staying over 3 weeks so it did felt like home. Breakfast including is a big plus and restaurant and staff there very friendly and food delish.
Kudos to everyone, at the hotel, from reception to the housecleaning wonderful ladies:Gosia, Teresa, Bożena, Pani Zosia and of course Pani Maria/the "Boss Lady" very approachable and if someone needed anything she make sure we we're satisfied.
Receptionists Mrs.Anna, Beata, Mr.Tomasz thank you for showing this room for me so it felt like home, Pan Bogdan, Pan Paweł and can't forget maintenance "Mcgayver" pan Andrzej if anything would happen he's right there.
Of course all the ladies at the restaurant downstairs and cooks delish meals, kudos to Natalia, Adriana, Agnieszka, Izabella, and if I forgotten names sorry:(:)
My stay there was awesome and I would come back again.Thank you again.

I like everything , but only thing windows could have a blinds especially my room was on 10th floor, but again they just remodeling that floor and perhaps will added after suggestions.

Breakfast was not good, one of the days I pointed out to the Waiter that cold cuts are sticky and smelly, she immediately removed it but still what the hell. We’re disappointed that we had to buy coffee too. The one which was self serving it was not drinkable, just a dirty water not a coffee.
Self served coffee, was not drinkable.Old cold-cuts, overall too expensive for what was served. 50zloty per person .You will hope at least was fresh.
