Situated in Durango, this attractive condo for $182 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This spacious property offers a private entrance and plenty of space to move around. At approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, the Exeter floor plan is the perfect condo for a gathering of family and friends. This split level condo greets you with two spacious bedrooms on the first floor each with a private bath. Enjoy the king sized sleep number bed in the master suite with the fresh linens that are provided. The guest suite offers a roomy queen sized bed and a private bath as well. Both bedroom suites have plenty of closet space. Upstairs is a great room with a vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows with beautiful views of the LaPlata Mountains. This space offers plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. Curl up next to the wood burning fireplace or watch a movie on the big flat screen TV. One of the couches is a sleeper sofa and there is an air mattress as well for additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen is well appointed with beautiful hardwood flooring, elegant cabinetry and Corian counter tops and updated appliances. All of the necessary items are included to prepare meals for your family and friends. Some items include a coffee pot, blender, dish ware, silverware and cookware. The dining space is perfect for dinner parties or game nights around the table. There is a 1/2 bath located on this floor as well. Other amenities include cable TV, internet, washer/dryer and all of the towels and linens needed while visiting. A/C units and window fans are provided during summer months for your comfort. Convenient parking for easy access, a small private balcony/patio and is located near the outdoor pool (open in summer), hot tub (open year round 8:00 am-9:00 pm), dry sauna, club house and bbq area with gas grills. Note: there at 17 steps leading up to our front door. Max number of vehicles is 2 per city of Durango permit #19-296.

Wanted to check out Durango and all they have to offer and this place was just what we wanted. Nice location, clean, spacious and comfortable. New appliances and plenty of kitchen supplies. Pool and hot tub.

Finding vacation rentals inside the town of Durango isn't easy -- most of the properties are north of town in the ski areas. This one is ideally located across from the college in a very nice part of town, just a short distance from downtown. As other reviews stated, there are a lot of stairs, though -- 32 to be exact, including outside and inside steps -- and they are steep. But, at 68 years old, we could handle them. But, speaking of old, the place could definitely use a facelift -- it reminds me of my grandmother's house. But, all in all, it deserves a 5 star rating.

Great location 1 1/2 miles from historic downtown Durango. Just enough of a walk back after dinner to justify having dessert. Wonderfully stocked. Great lay out. Nice pool hot tub and grills. Highly recommend

Quiet and relaxing. Great location for getaway. Short drive to historic downtown Durango and the Narrow-Gauge Railway depot. Plenty to do in the area so coming back to condo was relaxing. Recommended to anyone looking for a quiet and well-kept place. We would like to go back someday.

We enjoyed several days in Durango with our visiting nephew. We enjoyed the space and quiet of the condo and the surrounding property. The pool was a welcome place to cool off after a day of hiking, tubing and other activities around town. The home is very well equipped with everything a family might need, and the kitchen had everything a chef would need.

My nephew and I used this property as a base area to ski / board at Purgatory, Silverton, and Wolf Creek. The location allowed us to access all areas even though there was some driving associated with accessing Silverton and Wolf Creek. Fortunately, the weather cooperated with our driving schedule. Durango provided plenty of options for all service needs. The property was a short drive to downtown Durango. It was easy to access and located in a relatively quiet area. We enjoyed the property and would consider using it again.

We enjoyed the condo and it was comfortable for the six of us. We were able to do all the stairs but there were three flights of stairs and the kitchen was at the top of the last flight. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We did all of our meal preps there and the kitchen was so well equipped. Enjoyed the place so much and will stay their again.

Our first impression was the cleanliness of the place. It has quite a bit of space for a 2 bedroom unit and there were plenty of supplies available within the unit. Colleen was terrific for communication and answering questions. We have no complaints.

Property was good. However it has 2 flight of stairs outside and two flights inside. I fell at airport and injured my knee therefor I couldn't climb stairs. Paramedics were called and the had a impossible time getting me into ambulance. Ended up renting motel room with no steps. My daughter stayed there alone and slept on the couch.

The location of the property is a great quite spot. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. No need for sharing. Great little place to stay. I will say if you have problems with stairs look elsewhere. I would also suggest that the AC units be on for when guests arrive. After riding a motorcycle in 90-100 degree heat it would have been nice to walk into a cool place to stay. The hosts were great and quickly answered when we had difficulty getting door code to work. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is well located if you wish to be able to walk into town. It is not a long distance but the walk home is uphill. The condo was extremely neat and clean and very well supplied, particularly the kitchen. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would recommend this property

Spent a few days in Durango, played golf and skied during the weekend. The condo was fantastic, very comfortable and everything that we needed. Had a question for Collen when we checked in, and she was super responsive. Great location, great trip highly recommend.

The condo was in an awesome location within walking distance to Fort Lewis College. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much larger then I thought and set up very nicely. 2 bedrooms are downstairs with full bath and living area upstairs with half a bath so plenty of room. I love this place and will look for it again the next time I visit!

This property has two separate en suite bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a queen. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Parking for 2 cars was easily available, and the property was very clean. Colleen and Bob were very accommodating when we had to make a date adjustment, and were quick to solve a small laundry issue. Great hosts!
