The view from the balcony, water park and location.
The resort should have a complimentary breakfast from the vacation cafe. Drinks and food were very pricey

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a magnificent sea-facing terrace. The resort itself is fantastic, with access to a great water park, a beautiful private beach and two very nice swimming pools. The location and facilities are excellent and make it a great choice for a relaxing family holiday.
The main area for improvement is the housekeeping. The cleaning of the apartment was rather disappointing and could definitely be improved. We also found that some members of the staff could have been more attentive and responsive to guests’ needs.

Hotel was modern and ability to use the private beach shared with the colonial hotel, made for a great relaxing day. Staff were generally very polite. Location was convenient for getting to other resorts for food.
The person checking me in was sat on his phone during the process despite there being questions from my side. This also resulted in not being advised where to go for the room and only discovered on checkout that I had paid a 2,000 USD hold for purchases - all unclear due to him being distracted during the process.
Coffee shop staff were great but repeatedly wrong drinks orders - not a big issue but frustrating considering the price.
Not enough food options nearby.

The person in the front desk, for the check in, was very rude, that ai had to speak with his manager Miguel, who was a great person and understood our problem and gave us a much better understanding and communication
