The staff were helpful and it was easy to navigate around. The onsen was decent for small group. The BBQ dinner was a good experience.
Will be good if there’s a small shelter at the glamping tent before entering the tent during rainy season. The door to the tent is not easy to open. Good to explore more activities for guests that are there to experience glamping.

We stayed in one of the villas and it was a wonderful experience. The facilities were brilliant, spa bath, outdoor and indoor fireplace, comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and courteous. We opted for an included breakfast which was extremely tasty and still retained the glamping experience with individual cooking burners at your table. The onsen was a definite highlight. We didn’t get to use the activity area very much but we still had fun.
Dinners were very expensive ¥8800 per person and with limited choice. You are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the complex so we never enjoyed a meal at our villa.
Privacy was an issue, it’s easy to see into our particular villa so it felt like staff and other patrons were always walking past and casually looking in.

Great location! The views from the common areas were great. Staff was excellent and the villas were comfortable, clean and cute. Lots of activities for the kids and we all loved the breakfast.
Dinner was expensive and you had to do your own cooking. Ok for a night but not the whole stay.

Excellent location; the glamping site is beautifully designed
You were supposed to organise the barbecue yourself; I understand that you want to give tourists the chance to have that experience, but there should have been an option provided by the hotel and its staff, rather than just a ‘do-it-yourself’ approach. Furthermore, the bungalow area wasn’t great, and the hot tub in the villa we were moved to (with the corresponding upgrade) was broken. It could have been exceptional, but the details leave a lot to be desired.
