About this apartment rental
Nicely appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, Fourth Floor Condo with ocean view from balcony. Dining table easily seats 6 guests, & Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, small appliances (like crock pot, toaster, coffee brewer, etc.), all you'll need for cooking & serving. King size bed in master suite (iSeries Hybrid mattress that is comfortably cool & supportive to all sleeping positions!), 2 queen (medium/firm pillow top) beds in 2nd bedroom. Condo has hurricane windows, Stone floors throughout, Granite counter tops, & 3 large flat screen TVs.
No need to cross the street to get to beach, enjoy a (less than) 2 minute walk from the door to the sand (with our private beach access gate). Beautiful white sands cool to the touch! Chairs & chaise lounges free to our guests on the beach. Also in condo, we provide beach umbrella & chairs, also beach towels! 2 Washers & 2 Dryers (coin operated),conveniently on each floor, near elevators.
The South Village is just across the street, so it's an easy walk to numerous SHOPS and RESTAURANTS. N. Siesta Key Village is just 2.5 miles north. Marina within 5 min walk to book your boating , jet skis, and parasailing.. Nicely located just off the South Bridge onto Siesta Key. Leave your car parked and walk or ride the Free Trolley (which stops right out front every 20 mins), to check out everything Siesta Key has to offer!

We love the seashell condominium. It is a very short walk to the beach, the pool is great, the breeze bus stops right near the condo to bring us into the village, the restaurants and shopping are right across the street. The beach was beautiful, white sands, and calm warm ocean. It is always such a great time visiting. The condo was clean and the beds are comfortable. Great view from the balcony. We can not wait to come back next year! Siesta key is our happy place and the seashell condo is the perfect location to enjoy it.

The property has a great location and a view of the beach. Everything was very nice and clean the host was very responsive also.

Access to beach and restaurant etc. was great! Extremely friendly people, that are regulars in the condominium. The gas grills and grilling area, could not have been nicer. Perfect place to watch the sun set. Our condo had what we needed. Unfortunately we were not told about the major construction going on from 7:15 am - 5 pm during our entire stay {right outside our bedroom window and the balcony} we could not enjoy sleeping in or sitting outside to enjoy the “ beautiful 4th floor view” We did reach out to our host but did not receive a response. We obviously know they have no control over the construction, but feel they should have at least responded.
