Sea Shell Condominiums, located on Siesta Key, just over the bridge from Sarasota, is the perfect year-round vacation getaway resort! The Sea Shell Condominiums are gated with assigned covered parking for your condo. Our condo is fully equipped, the laundry is coin-operated, and it is available on each floor. The balconies of the condo offer a view of the breathtaking sunsets of Siesta Key and the natural beauty of the beach and tropical waters. Swim in our heated pool and sunbathe on the beach. The vacation of your dreams is awaiting you!
Updated luxury condos at the Sea Shell. The main bedroom with a New Serta king-size pillow-top mattress includes an Updated private bathroom, Sliding double door for easy access from the bedroom onto the Lanai. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen Serta pillow-top mattresses and an updated bathroom. There are flatscreen TVs in the Master and guest bedrooms. The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, and two stools at the counter. There is a 65" LED Flat screen smart TV in the Living room—a fully equipped Renovated kitchen with Granite countertops. A window into the living area from the kitchen allows for easy conversation while preparing meals—entrance into the dining area from the kitchen. The dining room has a large table, six chairs, and a Credenza.

The complex is centrally located across the street from a small supermarket, Great Restaurants, Deli, boat, bike rentals, and The Orange Octopus ice cream parlor; favorite foods are salted caramel, pizza, 7-Eleven, gift shops, etc.
The Sarasota, Florida, area is large enough to offer cosmopolitan cultural amenities yet small enough to offer secluded privacy. Boating, fishing, and snorkeling can all be done close by.

Beautiful beach private beach area and the condo had super simple access. The room was exactly as expected and the host (Sue) was very helpful and a joy to communicate with. Will definitely be checking for availability for our next visit to Siesta Key.

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect and Sue couldn’t have been a nicer or better host, checked in on us, and provided tons of info! Can’t say enough for this home away from home for the last week, it was spectacular!!! We will definitely stay in this condo again!!

I am so glad the owner, Sue, shared her condo with us. It was clean and spacious and has a great partial view of the gulf! I love that it was on the beach and within walking distance to everything. If the distance was a little to far, you could always take the trolly, which is free! The beach was phenomenal with powder soft sand and clear blue/green water. Would definitely stay there again!
