Nestled in Ocean City, this charming condo for $410 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Sleeps 8 to 12. Spacious open concept living room, dining room, updated kitchen. Cozy balcony overlooking the Ocean. Ocean front views from the master bedroom, and living area. The other two bedrooms have both ocean and bay views. There is a full sized laundry closet. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has queen bed, and Bedroom #3 has 2 pyramid bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on the top) - easily sleeps 4 but could sleep 6) Living room has a queen Sofa bed. Kitchen is fully stocked. PLEASE bring your own towels, bed linens and toiletries. Pillows, comforters and blankets are provided. If linens and/or towels are needed, they can be rented at Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental. Perfect weekend. The Quay has always been a great place to stay. It is well taken care of and security does a great job. The owner did a great job of staying in touch. I love the payment increments- nice. It was beautiful waking up oceanfront. The condo was very clean and everything worked well. Thanks for a great place!

The checkin and out process was very easy. The owner had great communication and responded timely. The Condon had amazing views and plenty of room for my husband, 3 year old and in-laws. It was nice having our own sheets and towels but we didn’t think to bring hand towels. The unit/neighbors were very quiet. We did struggle with a few little things: •the cleanliness of the carpets (glad we didn’t have a crawling toddler) •the very used and worn out furniture. •there wasn’t any hand soap. We spent more time outside anyway so it was easy to look past but I could see it bothering others. Overall we were very satisfied and loved the easy beach access and restaurants.

The view from this condo is unmatched. We felt like we were aboard a cruise ship overlooking the vast expanse of ocean! The property was also conveniently located near groceries, shopping, and restaurants. (While you do have to drive to get to the boardwalk, that was not an issue for us.) Phil, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly whenever we reached out. We took issue with the lack of cleaning upon our arrival, and he made good on it immediately. All in all, a solid choice for your OCMD stay!

Right on the ocean. Great view. Need to bring linens and all towels including kitchen towels, tp, detergent, etc. Grocery store within two miles. Beds pretty comfortable. Overall nice front desk and others staying in condos. Wonderful pool! Close walk to ocean.

Our stay was awesome!! Property perfect and weather too. Definitely would stay at this property again. One more thing the Owner was very informative and answered all of my questions when asked. He made it a easy stay.

Nice place, spacious and clean. Very nice view from each room. Only think that it is a little bit of a hassle to have to bring our own linens and towels. Bad Weather didn’t cooperate. But we would come back.

Very clean place with a lot of room. Just steps to the beach with great balcony views of the ocean. Owner, Phil was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! Would stay here again!

I enjoyed everything and the view was amazing. Could not have enjoyed myself more. Only one negative thing and it wasn’t too bad was in the listing it states that parking for one vehicle is covered but it was not. I had to pay for both vehicles to park. Other than that one small detail I was very happy and will most definitely rent this property again.

We stayed back in January. The condo is clean, very spacious with distance between rooms. It was so wonderful in winter to not see a single person from the height of the balcony! Beautiful view.

This place was perfect. We had a short stay here wish it was longer. The beds are comfortable, the view is amazing. It was a short ride to the boardwalk. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very comfortable. Everthing was clean, kitchen had everything needed for cooking, plenty of kitchen accessories. The view was very nice. I would stay again. Only issue I had was the lock on door was very hard to open, and the lobby was a little messy due to renovation.

We will definitely be back. This is oceanfront on the 22nd floor in Northern OC. WOW, what a view! Sunrises are awesome. King room is oceanfront, Queen room is Oceanview. You can't go wrong with this property. Manager was great responding to an issue.

Highly recommend this condo! Don’t be put off by the old building. The condo is very well decorated, with beautiful views, comfortable furniture, and full size washer and dryer! The pool was well maintained, and a nice break from the sand. Phil, the owner, was easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. I love the idea of having the two bunch bed sets with the full size beds at the bottom. That gives so much room for the kids of all ages to feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms are very spacious and we had plenty of room to set up a play pin for the baby to sleep in next to our bed. As for the property owner, I could not have been more happy. He was really on top of everything and kept great communication and gave amazing instruction, down the littlest things that I would have have never thought of myself. He offered more then what could have ever been expected.

We arrived to find a few things right off that needed to be addressed with the owner, which were resolved immediately, but we found the place very unclean. The place felt tired, very used, in need of a paint job and basic maintenance. I would advise bringing everything you need there in terms of spices, coffee filters, napkins, garbage bags, etc. because these amenities were not supplied. For the cost of this place we were very disappointed.

The experience my group and I had with this property was excellent. Phil was quick with his responses and accommodating for my group and I. The check in process was incredibly quick and very easy. The property itself was great too. Beautiful condo that sleeps a lot of people. I went with a group of 7 others and we all had a fantastic time. Great price too.

The property was affordable with beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony, dining/living area and master bedroom. The condo was very spacious for our family trip and all kitchen essentials were provided. The indoor pool was closed for remodeling but it was a nice space along with some indoor arcade games and pool tables which the kids all enjoyed! The beach was a very short walk and parking was plentiful. I would 100% recommend this condo and stay here again!!

The condo is very spacious, and the lay-out is perfect for 2 families. You don't hear any noise at all. Great location. Heated outdoor pool. Indoor pool was being renovated. Arcade and ping-pong available. Little store but not open till Memorial Day. Ocean Front balcony for beautiful sun rises and view of the bay from the other two bedrooms. Our grandkids found the "secret balcony" which is the stairwell with floor to ceiling windows for a beautiful view of the bay and sunsets. Host is a pleasure to work with. We had no problems at all. We will stay again.
