The house was clean and very spacious. Really nice views off the back porch
The driveway was a little tight. It says it would hold 3 vehicles but we had two full size SUV’s and it was full. I don’t think a regular car would come out of the driveway without bottoming out. I will say this is kinda expected in the mountains.

The bears and the amount of personal space in the home.
Areas of the floor structure are weak and sloping. One in the kitchen near the sink and the other in the master bedroom. The exterior has a lot of weather damage, the ceiling seemline is coming apart. Several interior doors have damage on the bottom, the master door doesn’t shut correctly. There was a thick layer of dust on the interior trim and the exterior had a buildup of cobwebs and debris. Also didn’t care for the noise coming from Ober Gatlinburg down below. The view isn’t the greatest and the fact you have to pass the house and turn around in someone’s driveway to back into the unlit driveway was nerve wracking especially at night by with no driveway markings.
The bed was uncomfortable as well. After a couple of nights I found somewhere else to go and left early. I didn’t call or complain, I just left.
