This is a good central location to go to the beaches at San Vito lo Capo or Cornino.
Francesca was very nice and has a clean and comfortable hotel.
The air conditioner was very effective in these molto caldo Sicilian days.
This hotel deserves a 10 rating simply because the room itself meets expectations.
There is free parking but on a sloped gravel patch that is a bit difficult walking.
Also, common among Italian accommodations, is the key system that turns off the electricity when you leave the room. It is annoying to return to your hotel room and have it be very hot - it was probably about 36°C outside. So it takes a while before you can relax in the room, especially when you've been out in the heat.

L’alloggio è tutto nuovo, spazioso e molto luminoso. I proprietari sono gentili e sempre disponibili. La posizione è ideale per visitare le zone circostanti, e per chi preferisce restare nei dintorni, la splendida Baia di Cornino è a soli 5 minuti di macchina. Molto utile la cucina comune, perfetta in caso di necessità. La camera e gli ambienti comuni sono pulitissimi, ben curati, con pulizie effettuate quotidianamente, comodo il parcheggio accanto alla struttura.
Nulla di particolarmente rilevante.

Nice owners (they speak only Italian). great location, very clean, hot water, good air conditioning, parking. comfy beds. delicious pizza 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
