In the middle of the jungle, great view from your room and terrace.
Probably the best white coffee we had on our trip.
Nice breakfast with custom omelletes.
The doors of our bungalow did not close properly, hence lots of insects inside.
Not as clean as could be and could in general be better maintained.

We loved the relaxed nature of the accommodation. Being able to just stay put and use the restauarant/pool was ideal. The hosts were helpful and very friendly.
The pool was very warm! This is not a complaint, as the temperature was scorching, but it would have been perfect if we could have dived into a refreshingly cool pool.

the menu is very poor and when you look at it you do not fill like ordering food. It is a pity, as the food is in fact excellent. make nice pictures and print a new menu would be a good idea...

Nice, resort-style accommodation with fantastic amenities.
Just a heads-up to other travellers, this is a little out of the way of many places you may wish to visit in the Ninh Binh area. Watch out for massive discrepancies between prices listed in the restaurant menu and what gets charged to your room account. We stayed in three rooms in total, and whilst the first two were great, the last was in a state of disrepair. Expensive for what you get.
