- Couple chúng mình đặt phòng tại đây. Chị chủ nhà hướng dẫn tận tình từ lúc đặt phòng, đến khi nhận phòng.
- Khi chúng mình tới, chị hỗ trợ free upgrade phòng chỉ vì thấy bạn gái mình mê phòng có hồ quá. (Mọi người có thể hỏi chỗ nghỉ về việc free upgrade phòng nhé). Được tặng thêm giỏ trái cây. Nice cực kỳ luôn
- Phòng rất sạch sẽ, được chuẩn bị tỉ mỉ.
- View phòng siêu chill, không khí trong lành, hít thở cực đã
- Ăn sáng tại đây rất ngon, đa dạng các món từ Á đến Âu

The mineral pools and steam room/sauna were nice. The grounds are lovely. It is a very peaceful area.
This property is paying a lot for the Booking.com top algorithm, and the review that said it was conveniently located was wrong. It is in Ninh Binh..PROVINCE. It is nowhere near the tourist sites. (Somewhat near the bear sanctuary and Cuc Phuong park). There is nothing for miles around..no mini marts, coffee shops, etc. As their name indicates, it is a retreat. Very little English is spoken and few western food options, which really gave us an authentic experience. It was a lovely property but we left after one day in order to better explore the popular Ninh Binh sites.

Prachtige bungalow schoon, mega groot op een prachtige locatie. Precies zoals op de afbeelding. Heerlijk zwembad. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke spa waar je ook een lekkere massage kunt krijgen. Je kunt met een golf karretje worden vervoerd.
De afstand naar het centrum van tam coc. Ruim drie kwartier met de auto. Ook heel kostbaar, retour meer dan 30 euro. Er is weinig te krijgen. Het ontbijt is voor Europese gasten erg sober. De tafel wordt alleen gedekt voor locale gasten. De pool tafels waren niet in gebruik. De aangeboden fietsen zijn allemaal defect.

The location is close to Cuc Phuong national park so it made it easy to get there for a night tour. The staff in the indoor pool, sauna/steam room area was lovely and that was a fun area to use although it is old and requires work like spa jets in seats don’t work etc. The room was nice, comfy bed, pretty outside.
There was so much construction going on constantly it woke us up and it wasn’t peaceful at all. On our second morning when we were headed for a pickup for a day tour we were told we had to move rooms and we were trying to tell them we had a tour booked and had to go as we would miss our bus but they really insisted which was stressful. There was also no help with booking a tour of the National park which all other accomodations we stayed at in Vietnam were super helpful with this. The restaurant for breakfast had lots of little insects flying around the food, I also got very sick and only ate here so assume it was from the breakfast. Bikes were absolutely terrible! Overall I would not come back. If you’re interested in seeing the National park it’s actually a lot easier to just get a day tour from ninh binh as that’s where they all come from. Also we got a room with a big bath but the hot water in our room barely lasted enough for a shower so the bath was pointless.
