NGUYEN NGA From the reception has helped us a lot organizing all that we needed, from transportation, early breakfast arrangements and spa services. We loved the service overall, from everyone! Staff is lovely and extremely helpful. We would come back!

We didn’t stay here, they change us to the new resort, Kasia resort, it was lovely and amazing location, just a few steps from the dragon mountain. The view from the bungalow was beautiful and we enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the small jacuzzi in our bungalow.
Also great service from the people, very kind.
Well, I have to say that we didn’t like the coffee served at breakfast, with all respect I feel they need to improve on this one.

The location and place itself is beautiful and nice pool also bicycle to use. Unfortunately it had flooded in the area so most attractions closed bit the retreat was not flooded
We sent laundry to be washed and dried it came back stinking like off milk
