This house had everything we needed and more, so much more than we expected! Extremely well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, pool floats for the massive pool and spa that we thoroughly enjoyed. It is a great family friendly home in a wonderful, quiet community.
We loved how clean it was, how comfortable the beds were and how many extras were provided. The location was absolutely perfect, it was so close to everything and anything you could want.
Everyone had plenty of room to spread out in one of the 2 family rooms, game room or out on the huge back patio. The themes in each room were so cute and fun. We used the grill several times and it was fantastic to have a dedicated covered area for the grill for shade or protection if it was raining. There were even directions around the house on how to use things so we didn't spend time trying to figure things out.
Child safety was also important to our group and the door going to the pool had an alarm and there was a pool safety fence across the patio. There were also life vests.
This is the nicest property we've ever stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot of properties. We love to come to Florida!
We had great communication with the owner, Kim. She had many helpful tips and always kept us informed from start to finish. She was so friendly.
Absolutely perfect stay and we will be back because we love this house!!!!!

I booked this family friendly house for my 4 adult kids and 8 grandchildren ranging from 4 months to 15. We had a blast, my husband also had a stroke recently in June and he easily got around.

Fantastic for families and kids of all ages. Our family ages 2-80 had a ball at this beautiful house. The house was even better than the pictures. It was so clean, so well equipped and in the best location. It's a quiet community which is close to everything! The pool and patio area are super large and the yard is completely private! I have never seen a vacation home with such a large pool and it was especially nice to have pool floats provided by the owner. We cooked out on the grill many nights and when we used the kitchen it had so much stuff we didn't want for a single thing.
The house layout was nice because there are bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. Most big homes we looked at only had one bedroom on the main floor but we had a few family members that could not do stairs. This large house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Everything in the house was in perfect working order from all the TVs to appliances large and small. It was so nice having the small refrigerator on the back patio. We all loved the game room. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of hot water, all the decorated character themed rooms were super cute. Our daughter cried when we left because she was going to miss sleeping with the princesses.
Kim, our host, was super nice and fantastic to deal with. Communication before and during our stay was perfect.
We were100% satisfied and would highly recommend this home for family vacations!

Not only was this house beautiful and in an ideal location from Disney. But the owners have thought of it all. From floaties, games, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with any utensils, glassware you could ever need. Will for sure recommend this house and return in the future :)

This place was perfect!! We had a family vacation with 16 people, including one infant. Everyone slept comfortably. Everything we needed was there. I had brought extra of things that I have needed in other VRBOs and this place already had it. This house is close to everything! Pool had all the floaties the kids needed. Had a problem with the hot tub and the owner was out the next day (on a Sunday) to look and see what the problem was. She had the pool person out on Monday and it was fixed before noon. Owner is fabulous! I will rent from her again.

I recently had the most incredible stay at a VRBO property that exceeded all expectations. This exceptional house features not only eight Disney themed bedrooms, but also a large pool area with an abundance of floats and lounge chairs, as well as an outdoor TV for added entertainment. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and thoughtfulness towards families with babies. The house provided cribs, strollers, and a high chair, ensuring that even the littlest guests had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. From the Disney magic to the family-friendly amenities, this property had it all.

Great home with many bedrooms, bathrooms, the biggest pool, hot tub, and 4 master bedrooms plus other themed rooms. Beautiful accommodations and wonderful owner who worked very well with us. We will definitely want to stay here again

We were a family of 14: 8 adults and 6 children and we had a fabulous time. The house was as advertised and the pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. We swam in the pool every night and had no issues from the neighbours regarding noise. The house is in a fabulous location and close to everything you need and fully stocked with whatever you could want or need!
We spent a day at Clearwater Beach, which in itself is only about 1-1/2 hours away. It was a big hit as well, especially for 2 grandchildren who had never been outside of Canada before.
The owner, Kim, was onsite a couple of times and was very helpful and friendly. We are already talking about going back next year we loved it that much.

This location was so convenient - 7 minutes to grocery store, 3 miles from Disneyland etc. The kitchen was very well equipped. Large refrigerator. It made cooking for a crowd quite easy. The 8 bedrooms were well spaced and allowed for families to have some separation. The 6 bathrooms were well supplied. Lots of towels. The big pool was a hit with everyone and the security system at the pool ensured no little ones got to the water unsupervised. Pool had lots of water toys. Our contact was available whenever needed to answer questions and was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

If you are looking for a property for your next trip to the Orlando/Disney area, this is the one you want! The host (Kim) was amazingly responsive and they have thought of everything! There are more than enough incidental items to get you through your stay and the property is set up in a way that you can get the whole group together for dinner, but still have space to spread out when you want to. The pool was the highlight of the trip (the kids were even preferring to go back to the house instead of staying at the parks), and that was a lifesaver for tired parents with sore feet! We stayed during January and the pool heating option made it comfortable to swim even during 60 degree days, just follow the instructions from the host. There were also more than enough towels for large families to both swim and shower. The fridge and tv on the pool deck made it fun and easy for parents to just sit on the deck and keep up with a game while keeping a eye on the swimmers, there was even a door directly from the deck into the master suite bathroom so kids didn’t drag water throughout the house. The themed bedrooms and bathrooms were a touch that made the stay extra special and really helped everyone really get into the Disney mood. Thank you Kim for making our stay so easy and special, we will not rent from any other host!

The house was as advertised. The house was very clean and was well stocked with everything you would need. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. The kids enjoyed the play room. The house is also really close to the Disney Theme Parks. It is within a few miles from each of the parks. We really enjoyed our time at the house and would book it again. Kim was very communicative and I appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

This is an awesome, amazing house in a great community! It's spacious, beautiful, clean and has a very welcoming feel.
It's in the absolute best location - so close to everything you would need: stores, restaurants, Disney, a water park, pharmacy, mini golf. All the other theme parks are close as well.
The private backyard has a huge pool and spa which enjoyed so much. The beautiful view of the lake was just an extra bonus.
The house itself has so many extras, super well equipped kitchen and detailed instructions all around which were extremely helpful. Everyone loved the themed rooms! Sooo cute!
We had the time of our lives and made some great memories. This home exceeded our expectations and we are already planning a trip back and will be booking this house again!

We had the best laid back vacation ever with our family for our yearly trip. There was 13 of us all together and there was so much room we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool and hot tub were amazing and used everyday of the trip. It was nice to relax after a day in the parks. The location of this house is 10 minutes from the Disney parks which is a blessing when you are tired from a full day at the parks. We also did a day at SeaWorld which was about 20-25 mins away. Walmart is less than 5 minutes from the house and has everything you could possible need from groceries to clothes, There are plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes of the house as well, and many deliver.
The house was very clean, and very well stocked with most essentials (hand soap, trash bags, etc). Keep in mind that you do have to buy some essentials to get you through the vacation, like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent, etc. The house has a game room that has a huge TV, an air hockey table, a pool table, a foosball table, and some children's toys.
This is the second property of Kim's that we have stayed in over the last few years and we keep renting from her because she has great properties. She maintains them and updates them as it is needed. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. It's the perfect location. We are already looking forward to our next stay that has already been booked.

We stayed here in Nov. 2022 with our two daughters and their spouses and 6 grandchildren (12 people in all). It was very spacious and the grandkids loved the pool and game room. The location was easy to navigate to the Disney theme parks.
Right from the start the owner Kim was very accommodating and organized. I would highly recommend for a family vacation.

I cannot say enough about how well this house is stocked. An abundance of pool and bath towels were available for us to use. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were ponchos available for us to take to the park (we had brought some from home but it was a nice touch). There were baby related items (stroller, high chair, crib). The pool is amazing and the spa was great for after the parks! The laundry was well stocked and very convenient for all of us. The house is located close to the parks/shopping/restaurants. Our property manager was in touch frequently and was very responsive to any questions. Hurricane Nicole came through during our stay and we felt very safe and secure. My son swam through the whole thing! We had a great time!!

We were a party of 20. We all enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone loved the large pool. There were plenty of towels, soap, kitchen basics, etc. Kim always responded promptly to our questions & resolved minor issues immediately. Quiet neighborhood. This is our second time here and again we loved every single minute. This beautiful house in a quiet community is just perfect. It's close to everything you would need, clean and tidy and has so many extras! The kitchen is fully stocked, lots of towels and pool towels.
Plenty of room to spread out as there were 3 entertaining areas. The themed rooms were just adorable and the beds were so comfortable. The kids loved the game room but the backyard area was also fantastic. It's completely private, overlooking the lake, and has a large patio area and a big pool and spa, and I do mean a BIG! We appreciated having the provided pool floats.
If I could give this house 10 stars I certainly would!!!! Highly recommend for families to gather and make great memories.

The house was set up nicely for our 3 day stay, and I really am grateful for the host Kim. She was very concerned with the issues we faced doing our stay and was accomodating. She was prompt with answering and made sure she addressed any question or concern. I was glad to get the opportunity to meet her, she has such a pleasant spirit!, and because of her we will definitely return for our next family vacation.

This was the perfect house for me and my family of 13 that came down to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday. Kim was attentive whenever I had a question. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms are nicely themed and comfortable. There’s a playroom that the kids enjoyed on rainy days❤️. This house is perfect for families with kids, and I will definitely stay here again.

We had everything we could ever need and then some. Our home away from home - we were so comfortable :) Kim was an absolute delight! The location was perfect! We were there for The Summit ( a cheer competition). Some of us went to Disney, some to universal, ESPN, etc We had zero issues. It was difficult to leave. Thanks Kim for everything! This house REALLY exceeded our expectations! It was clean, comfortable and had lots of extras. The attention to detail could really be seen throughout the house. Everyone loved the themed rooms - there were so many!
The back patio and pool/spa cannot be beat. The pool is HUGE and it was sparkling. The big patio had so much room: tables for eating, lounge chairs for sun bather, and a sitting area with TV to relax and enjoy the great Florida weather. The backyard is 100% private and has a wonderful view of the lake.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had upgraded appliances. The kids loved sitting by Beauty and the Beast every meal. So cute!
The community is very nice and close to absolutely everything you could want or need.

THE PERFECT PLACE! A wonderful home away from home!
We were all overjoyed that we made the decision to rent this house. It was perfect: clean, beautiful, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and furniture, fun themes for each bedroom and game room, 5-10 minutes to EVERYTHING you could want or need (theme parks, restaurants, shopping, Walmart, mini golf, new waterpark...) Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a lot of nice extras. The communication with the owner Kim couldn't be beat. We are definitely coming back!!!!
