an excellent location close to the bus stop and marzamemi town, really clean room with a good smell, a lot of attention to detail was taken when cleaning. the locking gate at the front of the building is a nice touch. the best thing about this property is the host without a doubt, alessandro is one of the most welcoming and hospitable people ever. he truly cares about making your stay wonderful, always available to help and even gave us a ride to a beach not far down the road. couldn’t recommend this place more.

Reasonable location, short walk into village. Free parking outside property. Very clean and new. Breakfast served in nearby cafe (5 min walk) but limit of 3.50 per person which doesn’t even cover coffee and a pastry.
Bed was uncomfortable, very bright light outside rooms that we couldn’t switch off, very noisy in the mornings, sounds seems easily transmitted from other rooms also incessant dog barking every morning.
