Pleasant

The lake was beautiful and relaxing! Area was beautiful and we were near alot of things to do too

The house we rented definitely needed a lot of work structure was unsafe in many places nails sticking out of walls and screws in the floor the roof Is falling in the one side the carpets in the rooms stunk. Glass in the drive way. Couch was stained and burn hole in it too. Has potential to be great but noone is putting the effort to make it that way. Reached out to the contact person never got a response back.

The cabin needs to be gutted

The cabin was in extremely poor condition., it was structurally unsound.There was a 3 inch gap between the door and the floor,in the dining room, a snake or rodent could easily come into the house.The outside of the house doesn’t look like it had ever been cleaned, cob webs everywhere, as well as screens with holes in them. The “ dining room” floor was about to fall in, and we were concerned that we could fall through. The outside deck was not even connected to the house from the front doorway. Door frame molding was used for baseboards, and the shelves in house were pulling away from the walls,and the bedroom TV was pulling away from the wall. Horrible workmanship in the bathroom, and the stench of urine was overwhelming, we didn’t even shower in there. Living room couch had obvious water stains and what looked like a cigarette hole in the cushion. The grounds were horrible , broken glass everywhere,and there were a lot of dead trees. It didn’t look like it had ever seen a rake or shovel. No landscaping anywhere. We couldn’t walk our dogs on the property for fear of them gashing their paws open. We were not able to secure another accommodation, so we had no choice but to stay. It was the worst place I have ever stayed, and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. The cabin has great potential, but in its current state it’s disgraceful.

House is in very poor condition. Serious structural issues. Not worth the money.

The house seemed to be cleaned pretty well. Towels, beds, kitchen, and bathroom all seemed to be clean. Wifi worked well, and the kitchen was stocked with useful appliances. All TV's and lights all seemed to work as well. The gazebo in the backyard is very nice.

The house is in very poor condition. The house is structurally unsound and the floor is very unstable in places, and the floor is clearly sinking in one area in particular. There is a very noticible slant to the floor and the floor in the bathroom is clearly sagging and moves when you stand on it. It was so unnerving that we were afraid to use the tub. There is also a very soft spot in the floor near the back door. The structural issue is so bad that the windows barely close because the window frames are becoming misshapen. Besides that, the front deck also has a structural issue that causes it to bounce up and down when you walk on the area near the front door. Besides that, there was water damage that was covered up with sloppy spackling in the bedroom, with unpainted areas and drywall tape clearly coming off in various places throughout the house. Various electrical outlets had no covers and/or were loose in the wall. The gutter in on the back of the house appeared to be so damaged it was being held up by the downspout. Part of the fascia board was so rotted it was hanging off the back of the house. The roof appeared wavy, likely due to the plywood disintegrating beneath the shingles. The outside of the house was very sloppy with lots of broken glass and matted leaves from last fall. It seems that nobody is cleaning up the outside of the house and we had to be careful since we had kids and a dog walking around outside.

Good

We loved the couch, the outside set up was nice and relaxing we really enjoyed the fire pit and quiet surroundings. The appliances were very accommodating, the check in was easy, very cozy house.

The house could've been cleaner, the dishes and silverware were dirty, dryer didn't work, spider webs everywhere, and trash and construction debris outside, we also were nervous to break all the tables or chairs everything wobbles.

First when We get there we checked in with the main gate and came to the house the first one and the water I was broke they don’t have no hot water and nobody confirm ass about it and then they gave us option to look at the otherProperty but it was an option we had no choice but to stay there because they can’t fix the water it was disappointment that no one was confirming us about the issue before we arrive. The house was smell musty all my stuff still smells when we got home

Comfy, cozy and really suited all of our needs.

It was very easy to book, check in was easy breezy which is always delightful. The house was small and very cozy exactly what my family of four needed. The extra bonus was the Netflix’s on all of the TV’s that was really nice to have. After a long and exhausting adventurous day we could sit back and enjoy a good movie.

The one bath was hard for us because well we have three at home but I knew that when booking so it wasn’t the houses, or owners fault.
