This hotel is centrally located in Ginza. The room was clean and comfortable - perfect for a night or two's stay. Being able to store our luggage after checkout was excellent given our flight timings.
There was a fire alarm at 6:45am on the morning we were to check out. We were first alerted by the phone in our room ringing with a recorded message. Unfortunately, we have little to no Japanese language ability so we didn't know what the call was about, assuming it was an unscheduled wake-up call. However, it was followed a minute or two later by a loud alarm and recorded message over a loud speaker system which we easily guessed was a fire alarm. We evacuated the building and waited on the street until the all clear was given.
The only improvement we'd suggest is given there seemed to be a large number of international visitors staying at the hotel, it would be good to have the recorded message either on the phone or over the loudspeaker in a number of languages (we overheard other people saying they also didn't know what was going on). Otherwise, we were glad it wasn't anything major - the building seemed to be evacuated quickly and safely, and we were able to re-enter relatively quickly. It's reassuring to know the hotel has good working systems in place to keep guests safe.

The location was excellent. The place was very clean.
The reception area and luggage storage is to small. There was luggage everywhere. Sometimes long queues of people checking in or out.

Great stay with excellent location and good value for money in central Tokyo.
The hotel is located on the fringe of the Ginza district on a quiet street, which makes it a peaceful base while still being very close to the action. It’s within easy walking distance to multiple subway lines, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo and connecting to major areas like Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Asakusa.
The surrounding area is safe, clean, and quiet, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which adds to the overall practicality of the stay.
Rooms are compact, as expected in Tokyo, but clean, modern, and functional. Staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out is smooth and efficient.
Overall, a solid option for travellers who prioritise location, connectivity, and quiet surroundings, and don’t mind smaller rooms.
While the staff were polite, the service felt somewhat distant and impersonal.
Several room-related issues affected comfort. The corridor on my floor was noticeably warm throughout my stay, which was uncomfortable at times. The room window offered no real view, with roughly two-thirds frosted, making the space feel more enclosed and less inviting.
Practical design elements also felt lacking. Power outlets were only available on one side of the bed, which was inconvenient. The room layout could also be improved—there was a desk chair that took up space, and a pouffe stool that felt unnecessary; a foldable chair would have been more space-efficient in a compact room.
Laundry facilities were limited, with only two washing machines on the ground floor, requiring repeated checks for availability.
