I loved the cottage, the cleanliness, the staffs courteous, caring and friendly etiquette.. Swapan was taking care of our needs and he made sure to ask about foods, using swimming pool and any other room needs. One of the guards, one of the younger staff and one who was at the swimming pool, sorry I didn't get recollect their names, were extremely good innocent friendly staffs. The quality of the food was topnotch. The sea is just 2 mins. The swimming pool was kept constant clean. My child loved the swimming pool and especially the water park and which is why I booked this resort.
We all loved the ambience except, some drunk hooligans made it very hard for the kids to go to the swimming and keep it family friendly. One more recommendation is to keep a clock inside for some time updates. The road to reach the beautiful hotel is dark, narrow and very patchy.

All the preparations were excellent.
AC was not functioning properly. Need to be taken care to make it worth staying.

The Hotel is located at a good beach location.
The room was not as expected, the curtains were cigarette burnt and holes poked, the bath tub and toilet wasn’t clean enough ; the toiletries were insufficient, no shaving kit, the bed linens were not clean enough as old linens were used, proper room cleaning was not done prior to our entry.
