Superlative in all respects. We booked an AP deal. The way the staff was cordial and went overboard to please us was overwhelming. Every food item was repeatedly asked for further helpings. The quality of food was excellent and the chef’s preparations were finger-licking.
The sprawling property has a nice ambiance with several ways to keep the guests engaged. From zip-line, boating, kayaking and swimming pool to indoor games and children park it has indoor games and pottery lessons. The cottage rooms are huge with big sofas and all necessary furniture’s decorated in a rural theme.
Bathrooms are quite big with functional running water and clean toilets. The bathroom toiletries were very basic and needs improvement. Only one soap was supplied for two persons. The shampoo dispenser had something akin to a handwash. They can as well supply a conditioner.

Excellent property with Quite peaceful surroundings amidst Nature. Our room was large with Balcony , well maintained and clean. Food was excellent and very tasty including the buffet breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful, polite. Mr Sudip, the General Manager managing the resort was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Recommend to visit with family as well as in large group. We enjoyed thoroughly and wish next time to visit again.
Access from Kolkata to the property is through very crowded narrow roads. it is manageable if u avoid peak hours of traffic. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
