Location of the hotel is superb. The staffs were courteous and always at hand.
The hotel should be mindful about the quality of food being served to the guests. In my case, I was served a stale and rotten lobster. Although the staffs were quick to address the issue without charging anything for that specific item, yet Hotel Seagull is a popular and reputed hotel which should be mindful about these things. Moreover, the crockeries which were laid out at the breakfast buffet were not cleaned properly. There were leftover oil from previous food on the plates which were not cleaned properly even after one of the guest complained of it and brought to the staff's notice a day before.

While we reach they are not accepting our booking telling that it's not confirmed after showing them they said booking.com doesn't inform them about the booking bt anyway they finally give us room bt little more tired explaining n understanding at the reception desk .
