When reading a review I like to know the pros and cons. So I will break it down as such. I’ll start with the cons. (My group stayed at this property for a month so keep that in mind - some of the issues might not be relevant for a week’s stay.). This property is listed as being in the countryside so imagine our surprise when we arrived to find we were one mobile home away from a very busy street. The traffic and neighborhood noise took some getting used to. There was little in the way of furnishings. One bed and one 2-drawer night stand per bedroom. No lamps in any of the rooms - only overhead lighting. The only tv in the house is in the living room and it has a large discoloration on part of the screen. You can still watch programs but it can be distracting. The back door was locked with a keyed deadbolt, and I was told there was no key to it. Which meant only one way in and out of the house. The pros: Victor and Roxana were very responsive - immediately answering every question and concern. Before arriving I asked if there were outdoor seating and was told there would be before we came and there were 4 outdoor chairs there upon arrival. The beds were comfortable enough and there was plenty towels and linens for the beds. The kitchen had the necessary cookware, dishes, utensils. All appliances worked as expected. Apopka is a nice size town and the house is centrally located to anything you’d need. The neighborhood is made up of working class families with children which we enjoyed watching as they played up and down the streets. The neighbor immediately in front of us was very friendly and came out as we left early in the morning to wish us safe travels and to thank us for being good neighbors for the month. The pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. My group is used to 55 and over neighborhoods so this one was a little busier than normal for us. But overall it was comfortable and very clean. And you couldn’t ask for better hosts.

This is my second Vrbo. Location was what we needed it for, but the trailer smelled of odors. The television had a thick blue strip vertically. Tiles in the bathroom did not have grout. Overall, large place with three bedrooms. Enough for two days. I personally would not rent again.

1st let me say, this is not a cottage. I have worked Real Estate and I must say this is first time I have heard of a trailer being discussed as a cottage. 2nd the pictures in their add is very misleading, this is not a campground or anything like it. It’s a run down trailer park trap community. The pictures of the interior were on point. The floor was more comfortable to sleep on. The air mattress had a hole and the bed in the master bed is broken. You couldn’t even sit on it without a huge banging noise from the posts below the bed bouncing off the floor.
