A comfortable hotel that's great value for money and a good place to stay in Hamburg. There is also a Turkish restaurant in the same building, which is convenient for dinner. They provide a coffee machine in the hallway and tea bags, which is convenient.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the U-Bahn station, which is a bit of a pain when you have luggage. Also, don't forget to check their emails regarding check-in -- you need a checkin code from the hotel to access the building, and it's a pain if you forget and have to do this on your phone standing outside the hotel!

Even it is online operated hotel i mean no reception they must introduce the hotel as online operation hotel as i reached night and stayed half an hour on the street until one man give me wifi and i send message to the hotel and I checked in on line and i got the password for the entrance I enter room was good clean but i need to take my medicine no water even no glass to use the tap water So plz booking .com announce it as it is not operational hotel

I not see any thing good except clean room No place to drink wTer how u will get breakfast so on description of rooms dont say breakfast available pay on property

Close to the train station, supermarket. The complimentary coffee /drinks station outside the room was great.

Dust under the bed. Steep stairs. Loud traffic noises but that can't be helped as it's on the corner of a four way street.

The hotel was located perfectly, and convenient with the coffee machine and the super easy checkin/ checkout was amazing. Definitely my fav in Hamburg

the room is clean and organised. the furniture is also new.

the location of the property a bit far from any public transportation. it is better as a transit hotel rather than for leisure purpose.

The staff was very good and friendly, everything went smooth, the restaurant downstairs is highly recommended.

A mini fridge would be good to have in the rooms.

Comfortable room, clean. Only minor thing is that there are steep stairs, for the rest - we liked our stay!

Loved it! In other hotels check in takes forever, here it was super easy, fast and contactless, prior to arrival, online. The room was clean, bathrooms as well, carefully equipped. The ONE thing I would suggest is having a kettle and tea in the room, it would be nice if people could make a cup right as they wake up. But overall 10/10, I would recommend, great hotel. Will definitely come back if I have to go to Hamburg again.
