Loved the property. Cancelling days made difficult despite booking

This is a great property. Location was beautiful. Cancelling a day of booking prior to the commitment date was impossible.

Beware ... cancelling a day of a multiday booking is impossible I booked with Booking.com and later wanted to change days. I could easily add a day. Canceling one of the days months out was impossible, despite emailing booking.com multiple times. I have emailed Evolve may times with no help. They want to take the money and run! Really disappointing

The view was great!

People should know that they can't have visitors at this location. I was helping my elderly parents carry their bags in and within 10 minutes got a call stating we were exceeding the maximum number of guests and I had to leave. Not acceptable!

The view was great!
