Great location! Very close to everything in Tampa and the Gulf Beaches. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Great view out the back of Boca Ciega Bay, and marina. Would stay here again, great for families.

The condo was comfortable and included most necessities needed when flying in for a week. We liked that there were beach chairs but would have appreciated a few beach towels. A dish drainer would be nice for those who don’t use a dishwasher for minimal use. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful new development! Love the layout and design with tile and wood flooring! The view of the marina from the balcony was breathtaking… This was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in Madeira Beach and I’ve been visiting there for close to 20 years. Love the easy access to John’s Pass, I walked over there every night for dinner and drinks, and shopping. Will definitely stay there again! Beach access was directly across the street and very user-friendly. And kudos to the owners of the unit… Loved the way it was decorated!

Enjoyed a long weekend with family. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was even nicer than the pictures....very clean and cozy. Also a perfect location to walk to surrounding restaurants and bars. We would be happy to rebook this unit in the future.

Overall happy with the location. The property was easy to get walk to the boardwalk and the beach. The property was clean and nice. It was easy to check-in and park. It would have been nice to have a TV in the second bedroom but that is only a small issue.

It was the perfect location next to John’s Pass and the unit had everything we needed. Only downfall was that the TV and internet did not work even after asking for assistance.

Overall I had a positive experience at the Madeira Bay Resort. My family of 4 had plenty of space, the condo was attractive and clean. The Marina view balcony. quick access to the beach and John's Pass were our highlights. Negatives were finding the lobby to get parking pass and closing the door lock. A later check out time would have been ideal as well.

I wouldn't describe the unit as Brand New, but uncluttered decor and high ceilings are nice. Bed was comfortable. Sinks and fridge were clean. There were beach chairs and towels, although we didn't use them. Condo was supplied with what we needed. Cleaning crew could do better-I felt the floor was sticky and wiped the kitchen and bathroom floors. Dust on the pendent lights. Inside of master bathroom door at the bottom had something splashed on it. Location is great being so close to John's Pass and some restaurants. Unit was quiet except for 2 separate fire alarms which continue in the unit and outside in the hall until the fire dept. comes to reset them. Luckily they were at 7pm and about 11am, not sleeping.

This place was in a great location for walking John's Pass and local restaurants. The condo was clean and had some great surprises. They had three different coolers to use, beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels. We tried buying sand toys on the way and couldn't find any so that was a nice surprise for the kids. The pool and hot tub were nice also. A little smaller then I originally thought, but the pool was warm and hot tub was hot! We met some great people also. We had a problem getting our initial first email, but we're able to get ahold of them and sort it out right away. They were very polite and gave us a number if we had any issues at all! 10/10

Was a nice place to stay wasn't what I was looking for I wanted right on the beach I guess I need to learn how to figure out waterfront view and beachview is a difference the water pressure was not good the guy that checked to send the first day was very hateful not very friendly at all just a dick in my words but other than that I had a good stay place was nice and clean quiet

Only a few negatives ~ the pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable.The kitchen is equipped with very minimal supplies . It would have been nice to have a cleaning spray or any cleaning product of any kind. It after all is a brand new building! Only one roll of paper towels ,and more then 2 trash bags. I think providing this would help to help keep this unit clean . So why wouldn’t you supply it? The elevator broke down for a day or so . We didn’t mind the stairs! I just felt bad for those who were arriving with luggage and groceries. There was a nice young man who was I think the maintenance boy he always had a smile on his face when we would bump into him during our stay . The pool is on the busy street. The beach was wonderful and peaceful .

The location was great. The condo is really nice and beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a great view of the water (part of the bay) and a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay there again!
