Great stay for family

The hotel did not have lift, since we where staying on the second floor we did not have much issue taking our luggage.

Nothing that I could mention.

I did asked for a non-smoking room and all I got was a room with full of smoke. Toilets were not clean, room was filthy and overall a pretty bad experience.

Comfort, cleanliness,

Staff were absolutely amazing here. So helpful and friendly at all times. Room was very comfortable.Wish we could have stayed here longer. Loved it

Nice stay

The staff to the actual rooms everything is excellent. It has a very quiet and peaceful surrounding. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good hospitality

Pathetic place. Do not even think of staying here

Only thing that is still appreciable is the breakfast.

Pathetic and Horrible!!! This is the room condition as you can see in the photos. They gave us a room filled with green moss, damp and water dripping from the corner. Cupboards are broken, lack of basic hospitality (no soaps in room, landline room phone out of service, no water bottles). Later after so much of complaining they shifted us to another room. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone looking for rooms in Coorg. There are far decent hotels out there. Please don't waste your money here.

The way the place is shown on ur application it's far from reality!! Dirty bed sheets, smelly rooms! I worried about the people who work there staff is courteous but are they happy working there.

Value for the price. Slight more cleanliness makes the property a premium one in this budget.

1. Room size was big and it was worth the price. 2. Service was good and they were helpful suggesting restaurants and all. 3. overall stay was good for the price we paid. 4. Hot water was available through out.

1. Breakfast was mentioned in my booking. But in the hotel they denied any free breakfast. 2. There was no lift and had to carry bag ourselves through steps. 3. Corridor was stinking with cigarette smell.

Room was quite good and comfortable. Simple breakfast on Saturday was good

On Sunday they provided heavy breakfast and it was too oily. For us travelling turned difficult because of oily food in the morning
