Great clean condo. Near the water. Heard the sounds of ducks and geese. Also, saw deer near the water. If you want to feel like you’re in the country but still close to city amenities, this is a great place to stay. The condo had all the great little things to make a comfortable stay. Daphne was a great host. I left a personal item behind and she took time out of her schedule to make sure I received that back in my possession. I really appreciated it.

Overall the property was great. The view of the river was pleasant and peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in on several occasions. We had hoped to use the BBQ grill, but it was not in a usable condition. I already reported this, so this should be addressed for the next visitors. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay! Daphne was great and very attentive when questions came up, we really appreciated that! Property was clean and perfect for our family, would recommend for a stay!

Stayed 5 nights so only had 4 days to pack as many activities as we could and keep it enjoyable. Age range 9 to 69. Condo was very nice and seemed to be centrally located for going different directions for what we wanted to do. Parking was good. We had an end unit and good view of the lake. Onsite pools were very crowed so we only used once. Onsite Bar & Grill were just okay. Guys played golf at Top of the Rock. We played miniature golf, took the kids tubing on the James River & took advantage of the Summer Nights $40 Tickets for Silver Dollar City from 5 to 10 pm.

Amazing place to stay! Home is convenient, clean, and comfy. Owners responsive and accommodating. Complex is top notch with pool, playground and restaurant for a quick snack. I will definitely book this place again next summer.

Nicely decorated condo at the end of a street, end of building, making it a perfect quiet spot to enjoy the views of the water. Beds were comfortable, but recommended bringing your own pillow. TV had every option for our family. Towels were nice and thick, and abundant. Didn't have time to check out the community restaurant and pool, but looked beautiful from the road. Check-in was easy, and Daphne was so nice to decorate the condo for our recent high school graduate! Will definitely choose this spot for future stays.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching the water and we were lucky enough to see a Pileated (not sure of spelling) Woodpecker. Since we stayed during the week rather than the weekend the traffic was light and we never had to wait in line at a restaurant. The grounds are well maintained at Pointe Royale. We had a very pleasant stay.

This condo is on the corner end with a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. If you like waking up to the sounds of the birds chirping and geese, then you will love this condo. Sitting on the balcony you will see lots of birds to enjoy, we saw Red head woodpeckers, yellow finch, and red birds, so pretty. You will see lots of squirrels and even chipmunk running around the property out to the side and front of building. The lake is so pretty. We had no problems at all. We truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose this condo again.

Got directions day before was exactly as described. No contact with owner but none needed. Only suggestion would’ve to turn up hot water tank 1 1/2 short showers and hot water would run out. Had to space out showers between 5adults all week was the biggest challenge. Would rent again.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was comfortable for 5 adults & was very clean. The views were gorgeous off the back balcony & the neighborhood was very safe. The property managers were quick to respond during & leading up to the trip! We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing, felt peaceful, welcoming and just wonderful in every way. This condo was fully equipped with all that we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. My husband and kid’s loved it so much that they can’t wait to be back and hopefully rent this property again. Absolutely loved everything about it.

This seemed like a new property. Everything was provided (except tissues) so we could cook meals together. They decorated beautifully for the holidays and we loved it. We would love to come back in the summer since it was by the water and had a golf course close by.

Close to all activities. Using the Fall Creek back road we had no traffic. Loved view of lake off of 2 decks. Enjoyed swimming pool,hot tub and playground. Grandkids thought the place was a Christmas miracle because it started snowing as soon as we arrived🤗😇Lots of games in closet.

Updated home, great location with an excellent view. Would have been 5/5 but the condos walls are paper thin. If the neighbors are partying it will be difficult to go to sleep early.

We definitely had an amazing experience at this location the view of the lake the Serenity the sounds of all nature just totally beautiful. The place inside itself was very well cleaned everything was in place everything was very well explained I would come back, only thing I would suggest is the the outside stairs was not swept at all And tons of bugs and spiders that will be my only thing I did not like.

The facility was spot on for the size of our group (5) … all adults, two couples and another single adult. An easy walk-down to the river. Easy access to all Branson has to offer. Super easy access to golf at Point Royale and good food at the restaurant. I liked the two decks with one screened in. All appliances were newer and operated flawlessly. I liked the master bathroom updates and the jacuzzi tub. Smart TVs in the two bedrooms and living room were key. Great stay and plan to return… would certainly recommend the unit to friends.

First time to visit Branson and I feel like I made the best choice in accommodations. It was clean, peaceful and felt very private which is what we were looking for. Had issues with key code but was able to contact owner and got right in. Wonderful! Will come again!

We were surprised in the best of ways how wonderful this spot was. Every morning we got to enjoy our coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the amazing scenery, It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We were blending our families for the first time on vacation so it had the perfect space for everyone. The pool amenities were wonderful too. No one wanted to leave and we will definitely be coming back and staying here again!
