About this apartment rental
Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!
We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Decent spot and great location. Host was very great at communicating and very fast at responding. Only negative is that there was literally never any hot water and the water pressure was super bad. Beds were comfy.

The smart A/C controller was a godsend for this menopausal Momma!!! The overhead extra large fan was an additional plus. If they change the water pressure with an effective showerhead for the corner shower stall, it would be the only place I'll ever stay when in N'Orleans. The kitchen was well appointed with amenities to reheat leftovers when you want to just have a quiet moment without thinking of where to go next to eat-and there are MANY options within walking distance.
