I proprietari sono persone squisite, disponibilissime e di una gentilezza senza eguali. La posizione della struttura garantisce pace e tranquillità ma anche la vicinanza con molti luoghi di interesse turistico.
Purtroppo “l’appartamento” è una soluzione parecchio arrangiata e non in linea con la tariffa richiesta. Si tratta della taverna di una villetta con una scala che collega direttamente ai piani superiori e la soluzione per isolare non è delle migliori. Anche il contatore è collegato alla rete elettrica dei piani superiori dove abitano i proprietari e più volte è saltata la corrente; la sera a causa del forno (unico elettrodomestico acceso insieme alle luci) e al mattino seguente solamente con la luce in cucina accesa. Abbiamo infatti cercato di limitare il più possibile l’utilizzo dell’aria condizionata proprio per evitare situazioni di questo tipo, ma senza successo. Inoltre, anche se la casa a primo impatto sembrava pulitissima, già poche ore dopo il nostro arrivo siamo stati presi d’assalto dalle formiche nonostante la totale assenza di briciole o cibo.
