A comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay. It's a short streetcar/tram ride from Okayama JR station, but I mostly walked the distance. It's a really great neighborhood super close to Okayama castle and Korakuen. Local cafés, restaurants and a long shopping arcade all on your doorstep.
Nothing much, I could hear other guests during the night but I had ear plugs...

Great staff and good location
Tiny bathroom and hard to enter.

The bed was comfortable, and we had a kettle, some cups, and a hair dryer. Everything was clean. We were also close to Okayama Castle and its park. However, it was quite far from the nearest station (around a 20–30-minute walk).
Although the room has a double bed, we barely had enough space to open our small suitcases. In the dining area, although there is a microwave, no utensils or tableware are provided for eating, such as plates or glasses. I've stayed at hotels that provide these items.

I think it is a good place for a short budget restricted stay.
It was bit far from Okayama station and not proper guidance could be obtained how to reach the station.
It was inconvenient to commute to my business office

"Super easy to get to from Okayama station. Really close to the Okayama castle and the beautiful gardens. A walk along the river is also spectacular. The check in procedure is really easy (get a QR cod..."
