The cheapest hotel you can get around, cheaper than a locked room manga cafe. Pre-check in makes it super fast and the room is wide enough for a single person to stay. Nothing fancy, but it's more than enough for the value.
Outdated facilities and a bit of a walk from Okayama station, but for that price point I can't complain.

Location and bedroom sight are exceptional. Building is aged but does not affect all the good reasons to be here. Staff is way friendly and nice. It is definitely a good deal.
We stayed in 2 rooms. 1st day in 1 bed room and in the 2nd day, the twin bed room. The 2nd one is far better than the first because the room area. It is good deal pay a little bit more to get higher comfort.

Super easy to get to from Okayama station. Really close to the Okayama castle and the beautiful gardens. A walk along the river is also spectacular. The check in procedure is really easy (get a QR code before check in). And there are some staff there ready to help. In the morning there is a vendor selling breakfast sandwiches in the lobby and you can buy a pod coffee for Y200. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds, room with ensuite bathroom. Excellent hot water. A good variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Our room had a great view of a water fountain that lit up at night. There are buses, trams and railways at the intersection in front of the hotel!

I think it is a good place for a short budget restricted stay.
It was bit far from Okayama station and not proper guidance could be obtained how to reach the station.
It was inconvenient to commute to my business office
