Nestled in Callala Bay, this attractive house for $254 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Only a 10 minute stroll from the sands of Callala Beach this large family friendly holiday house is just waiting for you. Take your morning coffee down to the beach or head off to golf, tennis or bowls just 5 minutes away. A little further afield are the fresh seafood delights of Greenwell Point and ocean beaches with the city of Nowra only 20 minutes drive. Just 2.5 hours from Sydney airport or Canberra city. With room for the extended family or cosy enough for two, this multi-living holiday house comes with smart television and complimentary wifi. Relax in one of two lounge areas in the comfort of leather couches and set the ducted air-conditioning to your liking. Whether it’s time alone with a good book or setting the scene for a games night, there’s plenty of space for everyone and it comes with a range of books and board games for your choosing as well as a number of USB charge ports for devices. Of course, if you need to keep tabs on what's happening at work, there's a dedicated desk and chair that's provided as well. Set at the heart of this great holiday home is a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large two door fridge freezer. With everything you need to cook up a storm and plenty of time to do it, all it needs is you and and an appetite. And perhaps a glass of wine. If a barbecue is on tonight’s menu, then enjoy alfresco dining in one of two undercover areas or simply watch the sky change colour with a cheese platter and your favourite bubbles at the end of a beautiful day. When it is time for bed, you’ll find each bedroom has built in robes with the main bedroom complete with walk-in robe and ensuite. The main bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine to wash away the days fun activities to do it all again. Outside there are two undercover areas to enjoy a balmy afternoon or evening. There is ample off street parking with room to fit even a large boat. Linen is supplied, with beds made for your stay. Please bring own beach towels. Linen fee is $60 which is included in the cleaning fee. It is a beautiful house, big and clean and comfortable. The location is great. The equipment in the house is very well supplied and in good conditions. The house also had a lot of books and board games to keep kids entertained. 5 bedrooms are all in a good size and beds are all comfortable and clean. kitchen has enough equipment for us to cook for 11 people. The only downside is it doesn't have a dryer and we unfortunately had a few wet weather. But it's ok.

The property was very well appointed with anything you might need for a comfortable stay. Great quiet location, an very easy short walk to the beach and club. Great communication with Tim, the property owner. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great location for a getaway with a big group of family and friends. Plenty of rooms and amenities to accommodate all at a close proximity to the beach. The only downside for us was that the kitchen had black ants which meant we had to be cautious not to leave any food out overnight or whilst going out from the property.

Our family consisting grandparents, adult kids, siblings, partners and 2 grand babies plus 1 dog had the best relaxing break away. The house set up and location were perfect. Coffee and the best milkshakes just across the road and an easy walk to the dog friendly beach just down the road. Excellent place to stay - we’d definitely stay again ❤️🏖😃🐾😎

For me and my family, including our 2 fur babies, this first trip away this year, was just what we needed. Over the past 20+ years, most of our family holidays have been to our beautiful South Coast, although for the past 11years we have been further south - Lake Conjola or Ulladulla but for this very special trip, we decided we didn’t want to travel more than hour and a half, and stumbled across Callala Beach. What a find! As there was a total of 9 of us it was an oasis. Exactly as we had thought from the website. Found the property well presented, clean and owner Tim, has thought of everything. We were all impressed with the thought that he had put into fitting out this property. We didn’t want for anything, it was all already there for us. House very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoy the out door areas. Thank you for revitalising my family, we can now make it to the end of this horrendous year. Wow! From the moment I entered this house, I knew I was in for a relaxing break. This house has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The house was sparkling clean, the beds and lounges comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook up what ever took my fancy. Just across the road is the coffee shop, great to kickstart the day on the walk to the beach. A short walk to the club for dinner. Close to everything. Communication with owner was fabulous, thank you Tim, we will be back.

Celebrated Husband's milestone birthday. Property was in ideal location to explore the South Coast. Owners of the property were fantastic, house incredibly clean, spacious, check in process easy, communication great! Little surprise awaiting our arrival was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Not recommend this holiday house.The worst experience I ever had..!!Fridge was not working properly (not cold enough), cooking stove was very slow and low heat could not cook during our stayed. Couches had existed stains and seemed like almost fell apart. Every time we turned the taps in the Bathroom there was very loud noise,Lacking of cooking equipments,dust was underneath the beds and on floors inside the rooms.everythings and the owners was very terrible..!!
